Description

d)前記エージングされた触媒を乾燥する工程と
を含み、工程b)の前記触媒の前記含浸溶液への含浸は、前記触媒の活性化をもたらす、第6族水素化金属及び/又は第8族水素化金属を含む水素化処理触媒の活性化方法を提供する。

Claims (17)
- 第6族水素化金属及び/又は第8族水素化金属を含む水素化処理触媒の活性化方法であって、
a)300℃〜550℃の温度で触媒を酸素含有ガスと接触させることにより、前記触媒を再生する工程と、
b)前記再生された触媒を、いかなる他の化合物も排除された水とMoO3及びH3PO4の組み合わせとの混合物からなる含浸溶液に含浸させる工程と、
c)前記含浸された触媒を少なくとも2時間室温でエージングさせる工程と、
d)前記エージングされた触媒を乾燥する工程と

- H3PO4の濃度は、前記再生された触媒を基準として、水素化金属1mol当たりH3PO40.10molから水素化金属1mol当たりH3PO41.0molである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記含浸溶液中のMoO3の濃度は5wt%〜25wt%である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記含浸溶液中のH3PO4の濃度は5wt%〜25wt%である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記水素化処理触媒は、炭化水素原料の水素化処理工程での使用前、若しくは水素化処理工程で使用する前に行われる予備硫化処理の前に、有機添加剤がその中に含まれる添加剤系触媒、又は炭化水素原料の水素化処理工程での使用前、若しくは水素化処理工程で使用する前に行われる予備硫化処理の前に、有機添加剤が含まれない非添加剤系触媒である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法にかけられる前の前記水素化処理触媒は、10〜20wt%の第6族水素化金属及び/又は3〜5wt%の第8族水素化金属を含み、前記第6族水素化金属の濃度及び前記第8族水素化金属の濃度は元素として表される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第6族水素化金属はモリブデンである、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第8族水素化金属は、コバルト若しくはニッケル又はこれらの混合物である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記水素化処理触媒は、ハロゲン、リン若しくはホウ素又はこれらの任意の混合物を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記水素化処理触媒は多孔質キャリアを含み、該多孔質キャリアは好ましくはアルミナを含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程a)の前に、150〜450℃の温度で、前記触媒と熱蒸気若しくはガス、希釈空気、天然ガス燃焼生成物又は窒素とを接触させるストリッピング工程を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程d)の後に硫化工程を含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程c)における前記含浸された触媒のエージング時間は、少なくとも2時間、好ましくは少なくとも6時間、より好ましくは少なくとも12時間、最も好ましくは少なくとも14時間、特に少なくとも16時間である、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程c)における前記含浸された触媒のエージング時間は504時間を超えず、好ましくは336時間を超えず、より好ましくは168時間を超えない、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
