Claims (7)
- RF信号を送出することによって動作するパーソナル通信機器によって生成される電磁場に被ばくすることにより引き起こされる、人間や動物の生命に対して潜在的に有害な影響を減らしまたは除去するための装置であって、
前記RF信号の前記潜在的に有害な影響を減らしまたは除去する補償信号を供給する手段と、更にRF信号を感知して分析し、前記感知されたRF信号の特徴及び前記RF信号の生物学的影響を生じさせる能力を判別する手段であって、前記分析の結果に基づいて、前記感知されたRF信号の人間や動物の生命に対する前記潜在的に有害な影響を減らしまたは除去する前記補償信号を供給する手段を起動する手段が設けられた機器、を備え、
前記RF信号を感知して分析し、前記感知されたRF信号の特徴及び前記RF信号の生物学的影響を生じさせる能力を判別する手段は、前記信号が音声かデータかを判別する、装置。 - 人間や動物の生命に潜在的に有害なRF伝播を行うパーソナル通信機器と連携する補償装置であって、前記補償装置は、
前記RF伝播の存在を感知するセンサー手段と、
前記RF伝播の特徴及び前記RF伝播が生物学的影響を引き起こし得るか判別するため、前記RF伝播を評価する信号分析手段と、
補償信号生成手段を有し、
前記信号分析手段は前記評価の結果に基づいて前記補償信号生成手段を作動するために接続されており、前記補償信号生成手段は前記パーソナル通信機器近辺の補償電磁場を確立するために配置され、
前記信号分析手段は、前記RF伝播が音声かデータかを判別する、補償装置。 - 前記パーソナル通信機器は携帯電話送受話器であり、前記補償装置は前記携帯電話送受話器内に配置される請求項2記載の補償装置。
- 前記補償装置は、前記携帯電話送受話器のバッテリー付近に配置される単一コンポーネントを備え、前記単一コンポーネントは前記センサー手段、前記信号分析手段、そして前記補償信号生成手段を含む請求項3記載の補償装置。
- 前記パーソナル通信機器は携帯電話送受話器であり、前記補償装置は前記携帯電話送受話器に隣接して配置されるようになっている請求項2記載の補償装置。
- 前記信号分析手段は、人間や動物の生命に潜在的に有害な影響を有し得る周波数で現れる一連のパルスとして放出される輻射を検知するように配置され、
前記検知手段は、検知された送出信号を所定時間間隔にわたって積算する第一の積算手段と、前記検知された送出信号を前記所定時間間隔にわたって積算する第二の積算手段に対して前記検知された送出信号を与える時間遅延手段と、前記第一と第二の積算手段からの積算値を閾値と比較する手段又は前記RF伝播が有意の持続時間を有しているか否か判別するための比較手段とを含む検知ステージを有する、請求項2乃至5の何れか1項に記載の補償装置。 - 前記補償信号生成手段は、前記信号分析手段に応答する補償信号制御手段と、補償信号生成器と、前記装置付近に補償場を確立する手段とを有し、前記補償信号制御手段は、前記信号分析手段からの出力を、前記パーソナル通信機器からの放射が潜在的に有害である可能性を示すのに十分な長さの第一の所定時間モニターするモニター手段を含み、続いて前記補償信号制御手段が第二の所定時間の間補償場を確立するための前記補償信号生成器に対して、電源供給する請求項2乃至6の何れか1項に記載の補償装置。
