Description
Claims (15)
- 噴霧乾燥装置用の空気分散機(4)において、内周と外周との内側に画定された空間(45)を形成する上部、底部および外周壁を含む複数の構成要素を備え、かつ、空気入口(81)と、1組の案内羽根(7)と、霧化手段からの供給出口の上方に位置付けされるように適合された前記内周にある空気出口(82)と、を有する空気分散機であって、前記空間(45)の前記底部および外部壁が、下部部分(51)と上部部分(52)とを含む2重壁ユニットとして形成されたベースモジュール(5)によって提供されていることを特徴とする空気分散機。
- 前記下部部分(51)および前記上部部分(52)が、少なくとも1つの連結要素(56)を用いて互いに連結されている、請求項1に記載の空気分散機。
- 前記連結要素(56)が、金属プレートとして形成される、請求項2に記載の空気分散機。
- 前記構成要素には、前記上部が含まれ、前記上部がトッププレート(6)により提供されている、請求項1に記載の空気分散機。
- 前記トッププレート(6)が、2部分トッププレートである、請求項4に記載の空気分散機。
- 前記ベースモジュール(5)の直径が0.3〜3mの範囲内にある、請求項1に記載の空気分散機。
- 前記ベースモジュール(5)の直径が0.5〜1.5mの範囲内にある、請求項6に記載の空気分散機。
- 前記1組の案内羽根の案内羽根(7)には、前記内周における高さが前記外周における高さより小さい、湾曲した角状の形状を有する上縁部が具備されている、請求項1に記載の空気分散機。
- 前記空間(45)を閉鎖する前記トッププレート(6)が、固定手段により前記ベースモジュール(5)に解除可能に連結されている、請求項4又は5に記載の空気分散機。
- 前記トッププレート(6)が、部分的または完全に、前記案内羽根(7)の前記上縁部に対応する形状を有する、請求項9に記載の空気分散機。
- 前記ベースモジュール(5)の前記下部部分(51)が、噴霧乾燥装置の乾燥チャンバの天井を形成するように適合されている、請求項1に記載の空気分散機。
- 噴霧乾燥装置内の乾燥用空気流を改善するための方法において、
上部、底部および外周壁を含む複数の構成要素と、一組の案内羽根と、出口と、を伴う空気分散機を提供するステップと、
前記構成要素を互いに連結するステップと、
を備え、少なくとも前記底部および前記外部壁を提供するステップが、メタルスピニングにより下部部分(51)および上部部分(52)を含むベースモジュール(5)を形成することによって行なわれる、方法。 - 前記下部部分(51)および前記上部部分(52)がメタルスピニングすることによって形成され、前記上部部分(52)が後に接合される2つの区分として形成される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記下部部分(51)と前記上部部分(52)とを連結する追加のステップが存在する、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
- 前記追加のステップには、連結要素(56)を提供し前記連結要素(56)を前記下部部分(52)および前記上部部分(52)に連結するステップが含まれる、請求項14に記載の方法。
