Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態を添付図面にしたがって説明する。
図1Aは、本実施の形態に係るワイヤハーネスの外観を示す斜視図、図1Bはその編組シールドを省略した斜視図である。
図2は、コネクタ3の斜視図であり、図3は、シールドシェルを省略したコネクタ3の分解斜視図、図4は図2のA−A線断面図である。
以上説明したように、本実施の形態に係るコネクタ3では、電線2が挿通される挿通孔51が形成され、挿通孔51に挿通された電線2を挟持する電線2よりも硬い電線支持部52を有するハウジング5と、電線支持部52の周囲に設けられたナノ結晶軟磁性材料からなる環状の磁性体コア8と、を備えている。
次に、以上説明した実施の形態から把握される技術思想について、実施の形態における符号等を援用して記載する。ただし、以下の記載における各符号等は、特許請求の範囲における構成要素を実施の形態に具体的に示した部材等に限定するものではない。

Claims (6)
- 電線の端部に設けられるコネクタであって、
前記電線が挿通される挿通孔が形成され、前記挿通孔に挿通された前記電線を挟持する前記電線よりも硬い電線支持部を有するハウジングと、
前記電線支持部の周囲に設けられたナノ結晶軟磁性材料からなる環状の磁性体コアと、を備えた、
コネクタ。 - 前記磁性体コアは、前記電線支持部よりも前記電線の長手方向に突出しないように設けられている、
請求項1に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記ハウジングは、
前記電線支持部との間で前記磁性体コアを挟み込むように、前記電線支持部と前記磁性体コアとを覆うように設けられた筒状の外壁部と、
前記磁性体コアよりも前記電線の先端側で前記外壁部と前記電線支持部とを連結する連結部と、を有する、
請求項1または2に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記外壁部の周囲を覆うように設けられた筒状のシールドシェルを備え、
前記シールドシェルの前記電線の延出側の端部に、内方に突出し前記磁性体コアの前記電線の延出側への移動を規制する抜け止め部が形成されている、
請求項3に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記電線支持部を複数備え、当該複数の電線支持部により複数の前記電線を支持するように構成され、
前記磁性体コアは、前記複数の電線支持部を一括して覆うように設けられている、
請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のコネクタ。 - 電線と、
請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のコネクタと、を備えた、
ワイヤハーネス。
