Description
The present invention relates to a tubular body, a conduit provided with the tubular body, and a method for forming a powder coating film on the tubular body.
In recent years, ductile cast iron pipes (iron pipes), which are mainly used for water pipes, are joined by inserting the joints of one cast iron pipe into the socket of one cast iron pipe even during an earthquake. Part) does not leave, and it is required to maintain the water flow function as a lifeline. For this reason, a member such as a lock ring for preventing the joint part from being detached or a rubber ring for maintaining the water stoppage of the joint part is mounted on the inner peripheral surface of the cast iron pipe as a member for realizing them. There are provided a plurality of concave portions for the purpose and convex portions for causing the member to function. Further, a long tubular portion called a straight portion exists between the receiving port located at both ends of the cast iron tube and the insertion port.
By the way, cast iron pipes, which are metal pipes, are coated on the inner and outer peripheral surfaces for reasons of anticorrosion, etc., but the inner peripheral surfaces are used to respond to consumer demand for delicious water. In many cases, powder coating is applied.
However, when powder coating is applied to the inner peripheral surface of the receptacle having such a concavo-convex shape, a uniform powder coating film can be formed because the ease of adhesion of the paint differs between the bottom surface and the wall surface of the concavo-convex portion. Have difficulty. Therefore, an excessive amount of powder paint adheres depending on the part. As a result, the size of the concave portion does not fall within a predetermined tolerance range, and there is a possibility that troubles may occur when the rubber ring, the lock ring, or the like is attached or when the recess is joined. Therefore, the powder coating is mainly targeted for the smooth portion of the inner peripheral surface of the straight part, and the powder coating has not been applied to the uneven shape of the inner peripheral surface of the receiving port.
Therefore, when painting the inner peripheral surface of the receiving port, it is difficult to completely eliminate painting work by skilled workers, which has been a burden on the painting process.
For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a method of performing powder coating on the inner surface of an iron pipe having a receiving port at one end and an insertion port at the other end as an example of powder coating on the inner peripheral surface of a tube body. ing. The coating method of Patent Document 1 is a method of forming a uniform coating film on the inner peripheral surface of the receiving port by discharging a charged powder paint from a nozzle.
Further, Patent Document 2 discloses a method of forming a uniform coating film on the inner peripheral surface of the receiving port by using a nozzle that sprays paint on a cone-shaped spray pattern.
By the way, when forming the powder coating film by powder coating in the receiving port of a cast iron pipe, it is preferable to set it as the thickness of 300 micrometers or more in order to fully consider safety. For example, when forming a coating film having the above thickness with a thermosetting powder coating, the coating is formed by curing after the powder coating is dissolved and smoothed on the coated surface. Therefore, a dense coating film having a large film thickness is formed at the receiving port of the cast iron pipe. Therefore, when a very strong impact is applied to the powder coating film thus formed, there is a problem that the powder coating film is cracked.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a tubular body, a pipe line, and a powder coating film forming method in which a powder coating film formed on an inner peripheral surface is difficult to break. According to invention of Claim 9, the powder coating film formation method is used in order to form a powder coating film in the tubular body which has a receiving port which has an earthquake-resistant structure, and the straight part which continues to a receiving port.

FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating an example of a configuration of a
The
The
The
The
The

A plurality of recesses are formed on the inner

The wall surfaces 961, 962, 964, and 966 are substantially parallel to a cross section perpendicular to the axial direction of the
The
The
As described above, the inner
Of the two wall surfaces in the
On the other hand, the two
For these reasons, the inclination angle is different between the wall surface on the inner side in the tube axis direction and the opening side wall surface, and the wall surface on the inner side in the tube axis direction is perpendicular to the tube axis. In many cases.

In this state, when a liquid (typically tap water) flows into the

As the third coating, powder coating is performed on the inner peripheral surfaces 951β and 951γ of the receiving
By such coating, the durability of the inner

The higher the hardness of the powder coating film, the more difficult it is to scratch the powder coating film. In other words, the lower the hardness of the powder coating film, the easier it is to scratch the powder coating film. Therefore, the hardness of the powder coating film formed on the inner peripheral surface of the
In the present embodiment, contrary to the above general configuration, in order to increase the impact resistance of the powder coating film of the
As described above, the hardness of the powder coating film on the inner
(2) Although details will be described later, the value of the ratio of the hardness of the receiving powder coating film to the hardness of the straight powder coating film is preferably 0.95 or less. By setting the value of the ratio to 0.95 or less, it is possible to effectively prevent cracking of the receiving powder coating film. More preferably, the value of the ratio of the hardness of the receiving powder coating film to the hardness of the direct powder coating film is 0.90 or less. More preferably, the value of the ratio of the hardness of the receiving powder coating film to the hardness of the direct powder coating film is 0.80 or less.
Further, the value of the ratio of the hardness of the receiving powder coating film to the hardness of the direct powder coating film is preferably 0.70 or more. By setting the value of the ratio to 0.70 or more, the hardness of the receiving powder coating film does not become extremely low. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of the problem that “the receiving powder coating film is easily damaged compared with the direct powder coating film”.
(3) Although details will be described later, the hardness of the mouthpiece powder coating film is preferably 10.0 or more and 22.0 or less. When the hardness is lower than 10.0, the strength of the powder coating film is insufficient and the coating film is easily damaged, and peeling is likely to occur. When the hardness is higher than 22.0, This is because the film is easily cracked. More preferably, the hardness of the receiving powder coating film is 15.0 or more and 17.5 or less. In addition, “hardness” in the present embodiment means Vickers hardness measured using a micro Vickers hardness meter according to JIS Z 2244.
(4) The hardness of the direct powder coating film is preferably 20.0 or more and 30.0 or less. This is because when the hardness is lower than 20.0, the powder coating film is easily damaged, and when the hardness is higher than 30.0, the applicability of the powder coating film is lowered. When the applicability is lowered, it becomes difficult to uniformly apply the powder, and the impact resistance of the powder coating film is lowered and becomes brittle.
(5) The paint for forming a powder coating film on the inner
Specifically, the extender pigment is a pigment used for adjusting the properties of the paint, and includes calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, hydrous magnesium silicate (talc), magnesium carbonate, calcium sulfate (gypsum), diatomaceous earth. , Mica (mica powder), clay (kaolin), silica, and the like can be appropriately selected from conventionally known materials for coatings. In addition, the colored pigment is a pigment used for coloring a paint, and is an inorganic pigment such as a complex oxide such as titanium oxide, iron oxide, titanium yellow, an azo pigment, a quinacridone pigment, a diketopyrrolopyrrole pigment. Perylene pigments, perinone pigments, benzimidazolone pigments, isoindoline pigments, isoindolinone pigments, metal chelate azo pigments, phthalocyanine pigments, anthraquinone pigments, dioxazine pigments, slen pigments, indigo Any one or more of organic pigments such as pigments and carbon black pigments can be used in combination. Further, in addition to the above components, known dispersants, flowability modifiers, silane coupling agents, antifoaming agents, fluidity additives, matting agents and the like generally used in powder coatings are also required. It can be blended accordingly.
(6) The strength of the coating film can be improved by adding an extender pigment having high hardness to the coating material and allowing it to be present in the coating film. Therefore, in order to improve the strength of the powder coating film, it is preferable to increase the concentration of extender pigment. However, the inventor has found that when the concentration of the extender pigment is increased to increase the hardness of the powder coating film, the powder coating film is easily cracked during impact. The reason is assumed to be as follows.
When the extender pigment having a high hardness is dispersed in the epoxy resin forming the powder coating film, cracks in the epoxy resin layer are easily propagated through the extender pigment. As a result, although the hardness of the powder coating film is increased, it is presumed that the impact resistance of the powder coating film is reduced and cracking is likely to occur.
From the above, it is preferable that the extender pigment coating film has a lower body pigment concentration than the direct coating film body pigment concentration.
(7) The extender pigment coating film preferably has an extender pigment concentration of 0 wt% (weight percent concentration) or more and 35 wt% or less. More preferably, the concentration of the extender pigment in the receiving powder coating film is 0% by weight or more and 20% by weight or less. It is more preferable that no extender is contained in the mouthpiece powder coating film. This is because if the extender pigment concentration in the receiving powder coating film is higher than 35 wt%, the hardness of the powder coating film increases and cracking of the powder coating film tends to occur.
(8) When an extender pigment is included in the receiving powder coating film, the particle diameter of the extender is preferably 30 μm or less, and more preferably 20 μm or less. The reason is that cracking of the powder coating film is less likely to occur by reducing the particle size of the extender pigment. The hardness of the powder coating film can be adjusted by the proportion of the extender pigment, the particle size of the extender pigment, the material of the epoxy resin, and the like.
(9) The straight part powder coating film is preferably formed thick because it increases the stability of the powder coating film. On the other hand, if the receiving powder coating becomes too thick, it is difficult to accommodate the
(10) The powder coating used in the present embodiment can be manufactured by a general powder coating manufacturing method. The powder coating obtained in this manner can be applied to the
In addition, the
(11) In the
In addition, the range which forms a receptacle powder coating film should just be apply | coated to the recessed part 993 (lock ring accommodating part) for accommodating the
(12) The bulging
(13) A powder coating by powder coating (hereinafter referred to as “lock ring powder coating”) is also formed on the
