・キャビネットの棚に置かれたRFIDタグの識別に使用しうる。
・任意の多数のキャビネット内の物品の識別に使用しうる。
・キャビネット内の読み取りエリアの上および/または下に、一次元、二次元あるいは三次元の読み取り空間を生成しうる。
・多数のキャビネットに対して、少ないドッキング/インテロゲーションステーションで足りるため、システムを低コスト化しうる。
・ドッキングステーションにおいて遮蔽エンクロージャを用いた場合に、インテロゲータのアンテナからの放射を小さくできる。
・従来よりも低コストで、任意の多数のキャビネット内の物品の識別に使用しうる。
Claims (15)
- 垂直方向に離間する複数のアンテナを有し、各アンテナがインテロゲーションフィールドを生成可能である静止インテロゲータと、
一時的に前記静止インテロゲータと結合可能であり、垂直方向に離間する複数の棚を有し、各棚がRFIDタグを有する少なくともひとつの物品を保持可能である移動式キャビネットと、
を備え、
前記複数のアンテナと前記複数の棚は1対1で対応しており、各アンテナは対応する棚の下に位置して、対応する棚の上に保持されるRFIDタグにインテロゲートすることを特徴とするインテロゲータシステム。 - インテロゲーションの間、前記複数のアンテナそれぞれが、少なくとも部分的に前記移動式キャビネットの内部に挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインテロゲータシステム。
- 垂直方向に離間する複数の棚を有し、各棚はRFIDタグを有する少なくともひとつの物品を保持可能である固定キャビネットと、
一時的に前記固定キャビネットと結合可能であり、垂直方向に離間する複数のアンテナを有し、各アンテナがインテロゲーションフィールドを生成可能である可動ステーションと、
を備え、
前記複数のアンテナと前記複数の棚は1対1で対応しており、各アンテナは対応する棚に保持されるRFIDタグにインテロゲートすることを特徴とするインテロゲータシステム。 - インテロゲーションの間、前記複数のアンテナそれぞれが、少なくとも部分的に前記固定キャビネットの内部に挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のインテロゲータシステム。
- 前記複数のアンテナそれぞれは対応する棚に挿入され、その上下が覆われることを特徴とする請求項2または4に記載のインテロゲータシステム。
- 前記複数のアンテナはそれぞれ、インテロゲーション領域内をシフトされ、および/または、移動させられることを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれかに記載のインテロゲータシステム。
- 前記アンテナを移動させる手段は、機械的手段であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のインテロゲータシステム。
- 前記アンテナは、x、y、z方向の少なくともひとつ、もしくは任意の組み合わせにシフト可能であることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載のインテロゲータシステム。
- 前記アンテナは、シングルコイルを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のインテロゲータシステム。
- 前記アンテナは前記棚よりも小さいコイルを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のインテロゲータシステム。
- 前記アンテナは、前記インテロゲーション領域内の一連の位置にシフトされ、各位置においてインテロゲーションが開始あるいは実行されることを特徴とする請求項6から8のいずれかに記載のインテロゲータシステム。
- 前記アンテナは2つ以上のコイルを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれかに記載のインテロゲータシステム。
- 前記コイルは、順に切り替えて有効化され、第1領域にインテロゲーションフィールドを放射することを特徴とする請求項12に記載のインテロゲータシステム。
- 前記アンテナの移動は連続的、離散ステップ状またはそれらの組み合わせであることを特徴とする請求項6から8のいずれかに記載のインテロゲータシステム。
- 前記インテロゲータは、
125kHz〜134.2kHzの長波(LF)、
13.56MHzの短波(HF)、
860MHz〜960MHzおよび2.45GHzの極超短波(UHF)、
5.8GHzのマイクロ波(SHF)
のいずれかまたはそれらの任意の組み合わせにより、前記RFIDタグにインテロゲートすることを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれかに記載のインテロゲータシステム。
