Description
入力された高周波信号を複数の出力信号に分離する分離部と、
前記分離部の第1の出力信号に対して所定の処理を行う高周波処理部と、
前記分離部の第2の出力信号に対して所定の帯域での帯域制限を行う帯域制限部と、
前記帯域制限部が出力する帯域制限後の信号に対して検波を行う検波部と、
前記検波部が出力する検波信号に基づいて前記高周波処理部の特性、又は前記高周波処理部とは別の高周波処理部の動作を調整する調整部と、を備える構成としている。
以下に本発明の一実施形態について図面を参照して説明する。本発明の第1実施形態に係る高周波回路の概略構成を図1に示す。図1に示す高周波回路10は、デジタルテレビ放送受信用の回路であって、結合器2、LPF(ローパスフィルタ)3、検波部4、RF回路部5、及び周波数変換部6を備えている。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。本実施形態に係る高周波回路の概略構成を図3に示す。図3に示す高周波回路20の構成は、基本的に第1実施形態(図1)と同様である。相違点としては、検波部4の出力がHPF51のみならず整合回路部52にも入力されることである。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態について説明する。本実施形態に係る高周波回路の概略構成を図4に示す。図4に示す高周波回路30では、複数のLPF31〜33と、複数の検波部34〜36と、制御電圧出力部37と、RF回路部38を備えている。
次に、本発明の第4実施形態について説明する。本実施形態に係る高周波回路の概略構成を図6に示す。図6に示す高周波回路40は、帯域制限部としてHPF41及びLPF42を備え、HPF41とLPF42それぞれに対応した検波部43、44と、RF回路部45を更に備える。RF回路部45では、前段側からHPF451、LPF452、整合回路部453が順に配される。
次に、本発明の第5実施形態について説明する。本実施形態に係る高周波回路の概略構成を図7に示す。図7に示す高周波回路50は、第1実施形態(図1)の構成において、信号増幅部53をLPF3と検波部4の間に追加した構成となる。
次に、本発明の第6実施形態について説明する。本実施形態に係る高周波回路の概略構成を図8に示す。図8に示す高周波回路60は、HPF611及び整合回路部612を有したRF回路部61を備えている。
次に、本発明の第7実施形態に係る高周波回路の概略構成を図9に示す。図9に示す高周波回路70は、例えば携帯端末に用いられる回路である。高周波回路70は、アンテナ71、結合器72、帯域制限部73、検波部74、RF回路部75、受信処理部76、RF回路部77、及び送信処理部78を備えている。結合器72及びRF回路部77は、アンテナ71に接続される。

Claims (4)
- 入力された高周波信号を複数の出力信号に分離する分離部と、
前記分離部の第1の出力信号に対して所定の処理を行う第1高周波処理部と、
前記分離部の第2の出力信号に対して所定の帯域での帯域制限を行う帯域制限部と、
前記帯域制限部が出力する帯域制限後の信号に対して検波を行う検波部と、
前記検波部が出力する検波信号に基づいて前記第1高周波処理部の特性、又は前記第1高周波処理部とは別の第2高周波処理部の動作を調整する調整部と、
を備え、
前記第1高周波処理部は、前記第1の出力信号に対してカットオフ周波数以下の周波数の信号を遮断するフィルタと、前記フィルタの後段に設けられるインピーダンス整合部と、を有し、
前記第1高周波処理部の特性とは、前記フィルタのカットオフ周波数と前記インピーダンス整合部のインピーダンス特性とのうちの少なくともいずれかである高周波回路。 - 前記帯域制限部及び前記検波部をそれぞれ複数備え、
前記調整部は、前記複数の検波部が出力する各検波信号のレベルの組み合わせに応じたレベルで制御信号を前記第1高周波処理部に出力することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高周波回路。 - 前記帯域制限部及び前記検波部をそれぞれ複数備え、
前記第1高周波処理部は、前記フィルタを複数備え、
前記複数の検波部は各検波信号を個々の前記フィルタに出力することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高周波回路。 - 前記帯域制限部の出力と前記検波部の入力の間に配される信号増幅部を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の高周波回路。
