Claims (12)
- 遠位端にブレード本体を有し、かつ近位端に柄を有するブレードと、
少なくとも前記柄の一部を囲むシースと、
を含み、前記柄は、近位端で超音波機械振動源に接続可能であり、前記柄は前記ブレード本体と形状的に区別可能であり、前記ブレード本体は第1の横方向の寸法を有し、前記柄は、前記第1の横方向の寸法よりも大きい第2の横方向の寸法を有し、前記シースは、前記柄の外面と前記シースの内面との間に空間を定め、前記柄は、前記ブレード本体の外面に沿った灌注液の導通のために、前記空間に前記灌注液の輸送を可能にする、前記柄の外面での少なくとも1つの排出口で終わる液体導通流路を備える、超音波外科用装置。 - 前記柄は、近位端の柄本体と、前記ブレード本体に接続された遠位端のテーパー部とを含み、前記少なくとも1つの排出口は、前記テーパー部に配置される、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記シースは、前記柄の前記テーパー部の上方に配置されたテーパー部分を含む、請求項2に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記シースは、前記ブレード本体の近位端に近接して終わる、請求項3に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記ブレード本体は扁平又は平らである、請求項4に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記柄本体は円筒形であり、前記テーパー部は、近位端での円筒形から遠位端での平らな形状に向かう、請求項5に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの排出口は、少なくとも2つの排出口のうちの1つであり、前記テーパー部は、互いに対して角度を有して配置された一対の傾斜した面を有し、前記流路は、中心又は軸上の上流部と、該上流部から前記傾斜した面のそれぞれに配置された前記排出口のそれぞれに向けて分岐した少なくとも2つの下流部とを含む、請求項6に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記ブレード本体は、前記流路と上流側で連通する孔を備え、該孔は、下流側が前記ブレード本体の遠位端での排出口で終わる、請求項7に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記ブレード本体は扁平又は平らである、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記柄は、円筒形の柄本体と、近位端での円筒形から遠位端での平らな形状に向かうテーパー部とを含む、請求項9に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの排出口は、反対である前記柄の両側に配置された少なくとも2つの排出口のうちの1つであり、前記流路は、中心又は軸上の上流部と、該上流部から前記排出口のそれぞれに向けて分岐した少なくとも2つの下流部とを含む、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記シースは、前記ブレード本体の近位端に近接して終わる、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
