Description
Claims (12)
- 杭をアペンディングするための杭アペンディングシステム(1)であって、
前記杭の外壁に係合する座部(4)を有する枢動可能に装着された杭支持フレーム(3)であって、アペンディング中に前記座部が前記杭を支持できるように支持フレーム回転軸線(2)を中心に枢動可能である前記杭支持フレームと、
前記杭のアペンディング中に前記杭の外側端部を支持するための吊上部材(7)が設けられた前記外側端部を有する1つまたは複数の緊張したまたは緊張可能なケーブル(6)を備える、使用時に前記杭の前記外側端部を支持するためのケーブルシステムと、
使用時に外側に延びるとともに前記ケーブルシステムの前記吊上部材(7)を支持するためのフレーム部材(8)を備える外側支持システム(5)と
を備え、
前記杭が前記座部に沿って長手方向に動く際に前記杭が前記吊上部材に係合し得るように前記吊上部材を前記座部から所定の距離を置き前記座部と位置合わせされた状態で配設するために前記フレーム部材(8)が前記支持フレーム回転軸線(2)に対して横向きに延びるよう、前記外側支持システムが前記杭支持フレームに対して配設されている、杭アペンディングシステム(1)。 - 前記フレーム部材の内側端部は、前記フレーム部材が前記杭支持フレームと共に枢動するように前記杭支持フレーム(3)に連結されている、請求項1に記載の杭アペンディングシステム(1)。
- 前記フレーム部材は、前記フレーム部材が前記杭支持フレームと共に一体的に枢動するように前記杭支持フレーム(3)とユニットを形成している、請求項2に記載の杭アペンディングシステム(1)。
- 前記杭支持フレーム(3)は、前記支持フレームが前記支持フレーム回転軸線(2)を中心にかつ前記支持フレーム回転軸線に対して横向きの軸線を中心に回転できるようにする球面軸受を介して枢動可能に装着されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の杭アペンディングシステム(1)。
- 前記支持フレームが前記支持フレーム回転軸線に対して横向きの所定の軸線を中心に回転できる態様で前記杭支持フレームの動きを拘束するための支持フレーム拘束システムを備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の杭アペンディングシステム(1)。
- 前記支持フレーム拘束システムが、球面軸受の両側に延びている、請求項5に記載の杭アペンディングシステム(1)。
- 前記支持フレーム拘束システムが、長孔と協働するカムを備える、請求項5または6に記載の杭アペンディングシステム(1)。
- 前記フレーム部材(8)が、その長手方向軸線に沿って伸縮可能である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の杭アペンディングシステム(1)。
- 前記支持フレームに前記支持フレーム回転軸線を中心としたある角度位置をとらせるために前記杭支持フレームに連結された、油圧シリンダなどの、駆動システムを備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の杭アペンディングシステム(1)。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の杭アペンディングシステムを備える船舶。
- 前記支持フレーム回転軸線は、前記フレーム部材が垂直姿勢をとり得るように外側に延びている、請求項10に記載の船舶。
- 杭をアペンディングするための方法であって、
支持フレーム回転軸線(2)を中心に枢動するように前記杭を枢動可能に支持するステップと、
前記杭のアペンディング中に前記杭の外側端部を支持するための吊上部材(7)が設けられた前記外側端部を有する1つの緊張したまたは緊張可能なケーブル(6)を備えるケーブルシステムを介して、使用時に前記杭の前記外側端部を支持するステップと、
使用時に外側に延びるフレーム部材(8)を備える外側支持システム(5)を介して前記ケーブルシステムの前記吊上部材(7)を支持するステップと
を含み、
前記杭が座部に沿って長手方向に動く際に前記杭が前記吊上部材に係合し得るように前記吊上部材を前記座部から所定の距離を置き前記座部と位置合わせされた状態で配設するために前記フレーム部材(8)が前記支持フレーム回転軸線(2)に対して横向きに延びるように前記外側支持システムが杭支持フレームに対して配設される、方法。
