Claims (8)
- 内視鏡角度調整ワイヤ(5)、回転取っ手(2)、内視鏡ハンドル(3)及び内視鏡ハンドル(3)内に位置する自動ロック式回転装置を含み、前記内視鏡角度調整ワイヤ(5)の内端が内視鏡ハンドル(3)内に位置する内視鏡用自動ロック式角度調整機構であって、
前記自動ロック式回転装置は、回転軸(7)、ばね(14)、回転取っ手(2)を含み、
前記回転軸(7)は内視鏡ハンドル(3)内に位置し、内視鏡ハンドル(3)の内壁上の位置決め孔により支持され、
回転軸(7)の外表面には回転軸と同軸の外側円錐面が設けられ、前記外側円錐面の外側にはこれに係合する錐状筒が覆設され、前記錐状筒の内壁は内側円錐面であり、前記内側円錐面は前記外側円錐面に対応しており、
前記回転軸の軸方向には、回転軸を錐状筒方向に移動可能としつつ、前記内側円錐面と前記外側円錐面をしっかりと密着させて自動ロックを実現するためのばね(14)が設けられ、
前記内側円錐面と前記外側円錐面の間の摩擦力と、前記ばね(14)の回復力のバランスを取ることで自動ロックが実現され、
前記内視鏡角度調整ワイヤ(5)の内端は回転軸に固定され、前記回転取っ手(2)は回転軸に接続され、
前記回転軸(7)の両端は、内視鏡ハンドル(3)の対向する2つの内壁上の位置決め孔にそれぞれ位置し、
前記錐状筒は内視鏡ハンドル(3)の一方の内壁上の位置決め孔に固定されるとともに、当該位置決め孔と同軸とされ、
前記錐状筒のうち前記外側円錐面と対向する一端は、外側が大きく内側が小さい内側円錐面であり、
前記ばね(14)は回転軸の外表面に覆設されており、ばねの一端が平軸受(12)及びばね調節ナット(9)を介して内視鏡ハンドル(3)の他方の内壁に接触するとともに、他端が軸方向において回転軸に当接していることを特徴とする内視鏡用自動ロック式角度調整機構。 - 前記回転軸の外表面には突起が設けられ、前記外側円錐面は当該突起上に位置し、
前記ばねの他端は前記突起の端面に当接していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の内視鏡用自動ロック式角度調整機構。 - 前記錐状筒は内視鏡ハンドル3の一方の内壁に嵌め込まれ、前記の外側が大きく内側が小さい内側円錐面とは反対側の一端の錐状筒には、前記内視鏡ハンドル(3)の内壁上の位置決め孔に代わる丸孔が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の内視鏡用自動ロック式角度調整機構。
- 前記ばね(14)と内視鏡ハンドル(3)の内側は、平軸受(12)及びばね調節ナット(9)を介して接触しており、前記ばね調節ナット(9)の外表面には雄ねじが設けられ、前記内視鏡ハンドル(3)の内壁には雌ねじ孔が設けられ、前記ばね調節ナット(9)の雄ねじと前記雌ねじ孔が噛合し、前記ばね調節ナット(9)の内孔が内視鏡ハンドル(3)の内壁上の位置決め孔であり、前記平軸受(12)は、ばね(14)とばね調節ナット(9)の間の回転軸上に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の内視鏡用自動ロック式角度調整機構。
- 前記内視鏡角度調整ワイヤ(5)の内端は、ワイヤローラ(11)を介して回転軸に固定されており、前記ワイヤローラ(11)は回転軸に覆設されて回転軸に固定されており、前記内視鏡角度調整ワイヤ(5)の内端はワイヤローラ(11)外周の位置決め溝に固定されるとともに、ワイヤローラ外周の位置決め溝に巻き回されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の内視鏡用自動ロック式角度調整機構。
- 前記回転軸(7)の両端は、それぞれ内視鏡ハンドル(3)の両側壁から伸出しており、
前記回転取っ手(2)はU字形状であり、両端がそれぞれ回転軸のうち内視鏡ハンドル(3)の外側に位置する両端に固定接続されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の内視鏡用自動ロック式角度調整機構。 - 前記回転取っ手(2)の両端は、それぞれ接続部材(6)を介して回転軸の両端に固定接続され、
前記回転軸(7)のうち内視鏡ハンドル(3)の外側に位置する両端には凹陥した段差面が設けられ、前記接続部材(6)には内孔が設けられており、当該内孔と回転軸両端の段差面とが締り嵌めされ、前記接続部材(6)の外表面と回転取っ手(2)両端の内孔とが締り嵌めされることを特徴とする請求項6記載の内視鏡用自動ロック式角度調整機構。 - 前記回転軸(7)の軸方向と内視鏡ハンドル(3)の軸線は垂直であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の内視鏡用自動ロック式角度調整機構。
