Description
本実施形態の化粧料は、(A)紫外線吸収剤及び(B)シリコーンが配合されたものである。この化粧料には、紫外線対策用の化粧料に配合されるものとして公知の原料を、更に配合しても良い。また、水を配合しても良く(水の配合量は、例えば3質量%以下)、水を配合せずに非水系としても良い。
本実施形態の化粧料に配合する(A)紫外線吸収剤は、公知の紫外線吸収剤から選択したものである。
本実施形態の化粧料に配合する(B)シリコーンは、公知のシリコーンから選択したものである。
本実施形態の化粧料には、上記成分(A)及び(B)以外のものとして、紫外線吸収剤が配合された公知の化粧料と同様の原料を配合しても良い。この原料としては、例えば、紫外線吸収剤を安定化させるための安定剤(マロン酸ジエチルヘキシルシリンギリデンなど)、低級アルコール、紫外線散乱剤(酸化亜鉛、酸化チタンなど)、油脂、エステル油、高級アルコール、カチオン界面活性剤である。
本実施形態の化粧料の剤型は、特に限定されず、例えば、液状、クリーム状、ゲル状が挙げられる。本実施形態の化粧料をエアゾール製品の容器に充填して使用する場合には、液状が好ましい。ここで、剤型を液状に調整する場合、B型粘度計を使用して25℃で計測した60秒後の粘度が、例えば100mPa・s以下である。
本実施形態の化粧料のSPFは、30以上が良く、50以上が好ましい。本実施形態の化粧料は、成分(b1)高重合メチルポリシロキサンの配合によりSPFが向上したものであるから、紫外線散乱剤が配合されたものでなくても、SPF50以上を実現するものとなる。なお、上記SPFは、(1)ISO24444 Cosmetics−Sun protection methods−In vivo determination of the sun protection factorに基づき測定し、(2)この測定で得られたSPFiの算術平均として求められたSPFの小数点以下を切り捨てた整数をもって表される。
本実施形態の化粧料を噴射剤と共に耐圧容器に充填し、エアゾール製品として使用すると良い。このときの噴射剤は、公知のもので良く、液化石油ガス(LPG)、ジメチルエーテル、混合物などの液化ガス;窒素ガス、炭素ガスなどの圧縮ガス;イソペンタンなどの炭化水素化合物;などである(充填される本実施形態の化粧料と噴射剤の質量比は、例えば、化粧料:噴射剤=1:0.25以上4以下)。本実施形態の化粧料を毛髪に噴射して使用する場合、ジメチルエーテルを充填すると毛髪が水分を吸収しやすくなり、これを避けたいときには、ジメチルエーテルを使用しないことが好ましい。
下記表1〜2に記載の原料を同表の質量比で配合して、実施例1、2a〜2d、及び比較例1a〜1bの化粧料を製造した。各化粧料のSPFを、実施例1、比較例1a〜1b、及び実施例2a〜2cでは被験者を1名とし、実施例2dでは被験者を10名として、上記ISO24444に基づき測定した。その測定結果は、下記表1〜2の通りである。
実施例1、2a〜2d、及び比較例1a〜1bのいずれかの化粧料とLPGとを、概ね化粧料:LPG=30:70の質量比で耐圧容器に充填して、エアゾール製品を製造した。

- (A)紫外線吸収剤及び(B)シリコーンが配合された化粧料であって、
前記成分(A)として(a1)パラメトキシケイ皮酸2−エチルヘキシル及び(a2)2−シアノ−3,3−ジフェニルプロパ−2−エン酸2−エチルへキシルエステルと、(a3)パラジメチルアミノ安息香酸2−エチルヘキシル又は(a4)ジメチコジエチルベンザルマロネートとが配合され、
前記成分(B)として(b1)高重合メチルポリシロキサンが配合され、
