Claims (13)
- スタンドオフパネル熱防護システム1であって、
サンドイッチパネル10であって、
第1のセラミックマトリックス複合材表面板12及び第2のセラミックマトリックス複合材表面板14と、
セラミックマトリックス複合材コア16であって、前記第1のセラミックマトリックス複合材表面板12と前記第2のセラミックマトリックス複合材表面板14との間に配置され、前記セラミックマトリックス複合材コア16が周縁16aを有し、前記第1のセラミックマトリックス複合材表面板12及び前記第2のセラミックマトリックス複合材表面板14が、前記周縁16aを越えて延伸して、前記第1のセラミックマトリックス複合材表面板12と前記第2のセラミックマトリックス複合材表面板14との間に前記セラミックマトリックス複合材コア16を囲むギャップ18を形成する、セラミックマトリックス複合材コア16と、
前記サンドイッチパネル10を通して形成された複数の孔22と、
前記ギャップ18に配置された柔軟物品シール20と、
複数の断熱構成要素30、32と、
複数のスタンドオフブラケット26と、
前記サンドイッチパネル10を前記複数のブラケット26に結合するために前記複数の孔22を通して配置可能である複数の締め具24と、を備えるサンドイッチパネル10を備える、スタンドオフパネル熱防護システム1。 - 前記セラミックマトリックス複合材コア16が、酸化物セラミックマトリックス複合材又は非酸化物セラミックマトリックス複合材から選択される少なくとも1つの材料を含む、トラスコアである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記柔軟物品シール20が、セラミック織布及びアルミナ繊維中綿断熱材を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のスタンドオフブラケット26のそれぞれが、セラミックマトリックス複合材料又は高温金属材料を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の締め具24のそれぞれが、セラミック材料を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記サンドイッチパネル10の前記複数の孔22のそれぞれを囲むように配置された補強用セラミックインサート36を更に備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記サンドイッチパネル10の前記複数の孔22のそれぞれを囲むように配置されたカップワッシャロック機構38を更に備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のスタンドオフパネル熱防護システム1を組み立てる方法であって、
前記スタンドオフブラケット26を下部構造28に取り付けるステップと、
前記複数の断熱構成要素30、32を前記スタンドオフブラケット26同士の間及び周りに配置するステップと、
前記サンドイッチパネル10を前記締め具24により前記スタンドオフブラケット26に取り付けるステップであって、前記締め具24はセラミック締め具であり、前記複数の孔22は前記サンドイッチパネル10を通して形成され、前記柔軟物品シール20が前記ギャップ18に配置される、ステップと
を備える、方法。 - 前記サンドイッチパネルが、前記サンドイッチパネル10の前記複数の孔22のそれぞれを囲むように配置されたカップワッシャロック機構38を備え、前記方法が、前記締め具24Aを前記カップワッシャにより所定位置にロックするステップを更に含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 下部構造28と、
請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の複数のスタンドオフパネル熱防護システム1と
を備える飛行体であって、
前記複数の断熱構成要素30、32が各サンドイッチパネル10と前記下部構造28の間に配置され、
前記複数のスタンドオフブラケット26が各サンドイッチパネル10と前記下部構造の間に配置され、前記スタンドオフブラケット26が前記下部構造28に取り付けられ、
前記複数の締め具24が各サンドイッチパネル10を前記複数のブラケット26に結合するために前記複数の孔22を通して配置され、
好ましくは、各サンドイッチパネル10の前記第2のセラミックマトリックス複合材表面板14が、前記飛行体の最外側面部を提供し、各サンドイッチパネル10用の前記複数の締め具24が、前記最外側面部52で外部からアクセス可能である、飛行体。 - 前記ブラケット26が、第1の角度及び第2の角度を有し、前記サンドイッチパネル10の熱膨張が起きた場合に、前記第1の角度及び前記第2の角度を減少させるように前記ブラケット26が曲がるように、前記ブラケット26が配向されている、請求項10に記載の飛行体。
- 前記第1のセラミックマトリックス複合材表面板及び前記第2のセラミックマトリックス複合材表面板が、酸化物セラミックマトリックス複合材又は非酸化物セラミックマトリックス複合材から選択される少なくとも1つの材料を含む、請求項10又は11に記載の飛行体。
- 前記柔軟物品シール20がセラミック織布及びアルミナ繊維中綿断熱材を含むこと、
前記複数の締め具24のそれぞれがセラミック材料を含むこと、
前記サンドイッチパネル10の前記複数の孔22のそれぞれを囲むように配置された補強用セラミックインサート36
の1つ以上を有する、請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の飛行体。
