Description

-関心被験体における関心領域の医用画像の収集のために構成される医用イメージングシステムであって、前記医用画像は前記所定の終了位置の現在位置を決定するように使用される、医用イメージングシステムと、
-空間における針位置を規定し、それによって既定位置を規定し、生検及び治療針を関心領域内に誘導するように構成される針誘導システムと、
-較正設定を決定し、それによって生検に先行して針誘導システムを医用画像にアラインするための較正ユニットと、
-生検及び治療プロシージャの両方に対して患者設定は一度だけしか実行される必要がないように、両方のプロシージャをサポートするように構成されるユーザインターフェースシステムと
を有し、
前記画像誘導システムは、治療中に生検に先行して決定される前記較正設定を自動的に使用するようにさらに構成される、
画像誘導システムによって実現される。
Claims (9)
- 予め定義されている位置から関心被験体における所定の終了位置まで針をもたらすように画像誘導を使用して、一体化される生検及び治療プロシージャをサポートするように構成される画像誘導システムであって、前記画像誘導システムは、
-前記関心被験体における関心領域の医用画像の収集のために構成される医用イメージングシステムであって、前記医用画像は前記所定の終了位置の現在位置を決定するように使用される、医用イメージングシステムと、
-空間における針位置を規定し、それによって前記予め定義されている位置を決定するように構成され、生検及び治療針を前記関心領域内に誘導するように構成される針誘導システムと、
-前記生検に先行して前記針誘導システムを前記医用画像に基づいて位置合わせするように較正設定を決定するための較正ユニットと、
-前記生検及び治療プロシージャの両方に対して患者設定を一度のみ実行して、前記生検及び治療プロシージャの両方をサポートするように構成されるユーザインターフェースシステムと
を有し、
前記画像誘導システムは、治療中に生検に先行して決定される前記較正設定を自動的に使用するようにさらに構成される、
画像誘導システム。 - 一つ又はそれより多くの生検位置及び一つ又はそれより多くの治療位置のための位置情報を同じ座標空間に記憶するようにさらに構成される、請求項1に記載の画像誘導システム。
- 生検中に使用される針の軌道が治療中に再利用されるように治療計画を作成するように構成される、請求項1乃至2の何れか一項に記載の画像誘導システム。
- 計画画像をレジストレーションするように構成されるレジストレーション手段であって、前記計画画像に基づいて前記所定の終了位置が前記医用画像の少なくとも一つで決定される、レジストレーション手段をさらに有する、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の画像誘導システム。
- 前記一体化される生検及び治療プロシージャに関する第一及び第二のレポートを生成するように構成され、前記第一のレポートは前記第二のレポートと異なる情報を有する、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の画像誘導システム。
- 関心領域を描画する描画手段を有する、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の画像誘導システム。
- 生検結果に基づいて治療計画を作成するように構成される、治療計画手段を有する、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の画像誘導システム。
- 前記システムは、前記生検針としてフォトニック針を用いて動作するように構成される、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の画像誘導システム。
- 複数の治療計画を作成するように構成され、生検結果に基づいて前記治療計画の一つの選択を可能にするように構成される、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の画像誘導システム。
