Claims (10)
- 直接的に治療に対して及び/又は治療計画に対して使用されるデータを生成する介入近接照射療法に対するシステムにおいて、
患者の組織を照射するように前記患者内に挿入される放射線源と、
前記患者を透過した放射線を検出し、前記放射線を示す放射線量データをリアルタイムで生成するように前記患者の外側に配置され、前記放射線源及び前記患者に対して移動可能である1以上の放射線検出器と、
前記放射線源及び前記放射線検出器の位置をリアルタイムで決定する1以上の位置センサと、
前記1以上の位置センサと通信し、前記放射線源及び前記放射線検出器の位置を示す位置データを生成する位置特定ユニットと、
前記患者の1以上の解剖学的画像を記憶する画像データベースと、
前記1以上の解剖学的画像を前記位置データ及び前記放射線量データと位置合わせし、前記位置合わせに基づいて線量監視データを生成する線量計算ユニットと、
を有するシステム。 - 前記1以上の位置センサが、前記放射線源内に一体化されたファイバセンサを追跡する光学的形状感知(OSS)センサを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記1以上の位置センサが、ディファレンシャルGPS(dGPS)、インピーダンス感知、光学マーカ/カメラ測定、及び電磁(EM)追跡の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1及び2のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記放射線源が、小型X線源である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記放射線源が、192−Irである、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記線量計算ユニットが、前記1以上の解剖学的画像に基づいて前記組織の各ボクセルに送達された実際の線量を決定する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記線量計算ユニットが、前記線量監視データ及び解剖学的画像からマルチモード画像をリアルタイムで生成して、前記組織の各ボクセルに送達された実際の線量を表示する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 計画ユニットが、前記線量監視データに基づいて放射線治療計画を再計画する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 各治療計画が、前記放射線源により所望の場所に提供されるべき複数のフラクションの放射線量を含み、前記1以上のプロセッサが、
治療中の放射線量の残りのフラクションを適応再計画する、
ようにプログラムされる、請求項8に記載のシステム。 - 前記線量監視データに基づいて前記放射線治療計画を再計画することが、リアルタイム線量確認に対する患者及び器官運動/変形を含む、請求項8及び9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
