Description
Claims (11)
- 埋め込み可能なデバイスであって、
勾配を有する基部、及び前記勾配を有する基部のいずれかの横方向側面から上方に延伸する一対の対向するウィンドウを備える、上アセンブリであって、把持アセンブリが各ウィンドウ内に配置される、上アセンブリと、
勾配を有する基部、及び前記勾配を有する基部のいずれかの横方向側面から下方に延伸する一対の対向するウィンドウを備える、下アセンブリであって、把持アセンブリが各ウィンドウ内に配置される、下アセンブリと、
前記上アセンブリと前記下アセンブリとの間に配置され、かつ第1の高さを有する圧潰形態から第2の高さを有する拡張形態に、前記埋め込み可能なデバイスを遷移させるように構成される、勾配を有するアクチュエータアセンブリであって、前記第2の高さが前記第1の高さを上回る、勾配を有するアクチュエータアセンブリと、を備え、
前記上アセンブリ及び/または前記下アセンブリの少なくとも1つの把持アセンブリが、伸縮サブアセンブリ、及び前記伸縮サブアセンブリ内に配置されるスパイクプレートアセンブリを備える埋め込み可能なデバイス。 - 前記勾配を有するアクチュエータアセンブリが、前記上アセンブリ及び前記下アセンブリと係合している、前方の勾配を有するアクチュエータと、前記上アセンブリ及び前記下アセンブリと係合している、後方の勾配を有するアクチュエータと、前記前方の勾配を有するアクチュエータを通って、前記後方の勾配を有するアクチュエータから延伸する、中央ねじと、を備える、請求項1に記載の埋め込み可能なデバイス。
- 前記前方の勾配を有するアクチュエータ及び前記後方の勾配を有するアクチュエータが、前記中央ねじの回転に応答して、前記上アセンブリ及び前記下アセンブリ上で作用するように構成される、請求項2に記載の埋め込み可能なデバイス。
- 前記上アセンブリの前記勾配を有する基部が、前記勾配を有するアクチュエータアセンブリと係合している、一対の角度が付いたウェッジを備え、前記下アセンブリの前記勾配を有する基部が、前記勾配を有するアクチュエータアセンブリと係合している、一対の角度が付いたウェッジを備える、請求項1に記載の埋め込み可能なデバイス。
- 前記上アセンブリの前記角度が付いたウェッジが、反対方向において傾斜し、前記下アセンブリの前記角度が付いたウェッジが、反対のウェッジにおいて傾斜する、請求項4に記載の埋め込み可能なデバイス。
- 前記上アセンブリの前記勾配を有する基部が、前記一対の角度が付いたウェッジ間にポケットを備え、前記下アセンブリの前記勾配を有する基部が、前記一対の角度が付いたウェッジ間にポケットを備える、請求項4に記載の埋め込み可能なデバイス。
- 前記伸縮サブアセンブリが、前記伸縮サブアセンブリからの逆行を阻止するように、対応するウィンドウに係合する、フランジを備える、請求項1に記載の埋め込み可能なデバイス。
- 前記伸縮サブアセンブリが、レール上の選択された距離を横断するように構成される、請求項1に記載の埋め込み可能なデバイス。
- 前記伸縮サブアセンブリが、ダブテール接続によって前記レール上で誘導される、請求
項8に記載の埋め込み可能なデバイス。 - 各スパイクプレートアセンブリが、前記対向するウィンドウに向かって内方に、選択された距離を移動するように構成され、各スパイクプレートアセンブリが、対応する前記伸縮サブアセンブリを伴って、前記選択された距離の一部分を、かつ対応する前記伸縮サブアセンブリを伴わずに、前記距離の別の部分を往復運動する、請求項1に記載の埋め込み可能なデバイス。
- ラチェット機構が、各スパイクプレートアセンブリに係合し、前記ラチェット機構が、それぞれの前記上アセンブリまたは前記下アセンブリの対応する前記基部内のポケット内に固設される、請求項1に記載の埋め込み可能なデバイス。
