Claims (11)

前記ロッド受け部材のコレット凹所に挿入可能で、開口と、前記開口と整列したプラグ凹所と、壁部とを画成するコレットであって、前記壁部及び前記ロッド受けスロットが、その間にロッド据え付け領域を共に画成し、前記ロッド据え付け領域はそこに脊椎ロッドを選択的に固定するよう構成される部分円形断面を有する内面を画成し、前記コレットのプラグ凹所が第1直径と第2のより大きな直径との間で変移可能であり、前記プラグ凹所が前記第1直径を成すとき前記ロッド据え付け領域は第3直径を画成し、前記プラグ凹所が前記第2のより大きな直径を成すとき前記ロッド据え付け領域は第4直径を画成し、前記ロッド据え付け領域の前記第4直径は前記ロッド据え付け領域の前記第3直径より小さい、コレットと、
前記コレットのプラグ凹所内に挿入可能で、プラグが外れているとき、前記プラグ凹所が前記第1直径を成し、前記プラグが挿入されているとき、前記プラグ凹所が前記第2のより大きな直径を成すように、前記第1直径と前記第2のより大きな直径との間で前記プラグ凹所を変移するよう構成されるプラグと、
ヘッド部と、前記ロッド受け部材のスルーホール及び前記コレットの開口の中に挿入可能なねじ部とを含むボーンスクリューと、
を備える脊椎安定化装置。 - 前記ボーンスクリューのヘッド部が、前記ロッド受け部材のスルーホールを画成する内面と係合するよう構成される、請求項1に記載の脊椎安定化装置。
- 前記ボーンスクリューのヘッド部が、前記ボーンスクリューがそこに固定されるように、前記ロッド受け部材のスルーホールを画成する内面を変形させるよう構成される、請求項1に記載の脊椎安定化装置。
- 前記コレットが鍵形体を含み、前記プラグが対応する鍵形体を含み、それにより前記コレット及び前記プラグが整列する、請求項1に記載の脊椎安定化装置。
- 前記コレットが、前記ボーンスクリューのヘッド部と係合し、前記コレットに対し前記ヘッド部の近位への平行移動を抑制するよう構成され、前記コレットの内面に配される保持形体を含む、請求項1に記載の脊椎安定化装置。
- 前記ボーンスクリューが、平坦な遠位先端をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の脊椎安定化装置。
- 前記コレットが、前記第1直径と前記第2のより大きな直径との間の変移を容易にするよう構成される、その一部に沿った円周切り欠きを含む、請求項1に記載の脊椎安定化装置。
- 前記プラグ及び前記コレットのプラグ凹所が、前記第2のより大きな直径において、前記プラグの上面が前記コレットの上面と面一となるように構成される、請求項1に記載の脊椎安定化装置。
- 前記ロッド受け部材の遠位面に配され、骨を貫通するように適合させたボーンスパイクをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の脊椎安定化装置。
- 前記ロッド受け部材の遠位面の少なくとも一部が、アーチ形である、請求項1に記載の脊椎安定化装置。
- 前記ロッド受け部材、前記コレット、又は前記プラグのうち少なくとも1つが、少なくとも1つの丸みを帯びた縁を含む、請求項1に記載の脊椎安定化装置。
