Description
ハブ開口が軸受収容部と整列されるように、ハウジング部内に少なくとも1つの機能要素を配置するステップと;
ハウジング部と前記シャフトとの間に温度差を生じさせるステップであって、その温度で、シャフトが、ハウジング部内に挿入されるとともに軸受収容部の少なくとも1つを通って肉厚部によって導かれる、ステップと;
少なくとも1つの機能要素がシャフトに対して位置的に正確な方法で配置される前に、シャフトとハウジング部との間に温度の均等化をもたらすステップと;
関連する肉厚部とのハブ開口のプレス圧縮によって、少なくとも1つの機能要素を、シャフトに対して位置的に正確に配置するステップと;を含み、これらステップが、上述した順序で実行される。
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つの機能要素を有するシャフト(1)とハウジング部(2)とを備える自動車モジュールの組み立て方法であって、前記シャフト(1)が、前記ハウジング部(2)の軸受収容部(4)内において回転可能に配置され、前記少なくとも1つの機能要素が、前記シャフト(1)の肉厚部でハブ開口(9)によって固定されており、当該方法が、
a)前記ハブ開口(9)が前記軸受収容部(4)と整列されるように、前記ハウジング部(2)内に前記少なくとも1つの機能要素を配置するステップと、
b)前記ハウジング部(2)と前記シャフト(1)との間に温度差を生じさせるステップであって、その温度で、前記シャフト(1)が、前記ハウジング部(2)内に挿入されるとともに、前記軸受収容部(4)の少なくとも1つを通って前記肉厚部によって導かれる、ステップと、
c)前記シャフト(1)と前記ハウジング部(2)との間に温度の均等化をもたらすステップと、
d)前記シャフト(1)に対して前記少なくとも1つの機能要素を位置的に正確に配置するステップと、
e)前記ハブ開口(9)と関連する肉厚部との間に締まりばめを提供するステップと を備え、
前記シャフト(1)が前記ハウジング部(2)内に挿入される前に、転がり軸受(5)が前記ハウジング部(2)の受入開口(6)内に圧入されるように、前記軸受収容部(4)の少なくとも1つが形成されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
a)およびb)のステップ後、前記少なくとも1つの機能要素が前記シャフト(1)に対して位置的に正確な方法で配置される前に、先ず、前記シャフト(1)と前記ハウジング部(2)との間の温度の均等化がもたらされ、次に、前記関連する肉厚部との前記ハブ開口(9)のプレス圧縮によって、前記少なくとも1つの機能要素が、前記シャフト(1)に対して位置的に正確な方法で配置されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、
ニードル軸受の形態の転がり軸受(5)が圧入されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の方法において、
前記ハウジング部(2)の前記軸受収容部(4)のすべてに転がり軸受(5)が設けられていることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の方法において、
前記シャフト(1)が、前記転がり軸受(5)によって一つの軸受収容部(4)に、かつ、滑り取付によって別の軸受収容部(4)に回転可能に配置され、前記転がり軸受(5)を有する軸受収容部(4)が、前記シャフト(1)のシャフト駆動部が設けられた側に、形成されていることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の方法において、
機能要素としての複数のカム(3)が、前記シャフト(1)それぞれの肉厚部に連結されており、前記シャフト(1)の前記ハウジング部(2)内への挿入のために、前記シャフト(1)と前記カム(3)の少なくとも幾つかのとの間に温度差が形成され、前記シャフト(1)が、前記機能要素の前記関連するハブ開口(9)を通って前記肉厚部によって導かれることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の方法において、
前記温度差を生じさせるステップと前記温度の均等化をもたらすステップとの間に、前記軸受収容部(4)が前記シャフト(1)の軸受部分と重なるように、前記シャフト(1)が、前記ハウジング部(2)内に位置的に正確な方法で配置されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7に記載の方法において、
前記温度の均等化がもたらされるとき、少なくとも1つの軸受収容部(4)において、前記軸受部分が、前記転がり軸受(5)の内側リング(8)にプレスフィットにより連結されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の方法において、
前記温度差を生じさせるために、前記シャフト(1)が冷却されるか、かつ/または前記ハウジング部(2)および前記少なくとも1つの機能要素が加熱されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の方法において、
前記シャフト(1)の少なくとも1つの肉厚部が、ローラバニシング加工によって形成されることを特徴とする方法。
