Description
粉末を貯蔵するための貯蔵手段と、
加算的製造に適する最終厚みを有する層に粉末を配分するために作業ゾーンの上を進行することができる粉末を配分するための配分手段と、
貯蔵手段から配分手段まで粉末を移送することができる給送手段と、
貯蔵手段から配分手段まで移送される粉末の量を制御することができる計量手段と、を含み、
上述の機械は、
貯蔵手段が、作業ゾーンよりも高く位置決めされ、
給送手段が、重力を利用し、
給送手段及び計量手段が、配分手段と共に移動することができ、
機械が、2つの別々の作業ゾーンを有し、
機械が、互いに独立に移動することができる2つの別々の作業トレイ(601、602)を有し、
2つの別々の作業トレイ(601、602)の各々が、2つの別々の作業ゾーン(41、42)の一方のみに関連付けられ、
層状化装置が、両作業ゾーンに共通であることを特徴とする。
A−層状化装置を使用して作業ゾーン(41、42)に粉末の層を堆積させる段階と、
B−構成要素の区画に対応するパターンでエネルギビーム(3)を使用して作業ゾーン(41、42)において上述の粉末の層を溶融する段階と、
C−構成要素が仕上げられるまで段階A及びBを繰り返す段階とで構成される段階を含み、
上述の方法は、
2つの別々の作業ゾーン(41、42)を有する機械を使用し、各作業ゾーンが、個別の作業トレイ(601、602)上に載っていること、及び
単一層状化装置が、両作業ゾーンのために使用されることを特徴とする。

Claims (9)
- 作業ゾーン(41、42)内で粉末層(23)に作用するエネルギビーム(3)を使用して粉末(2)を焼結又は溶融することにより加算的製造するための機械(1)であって、当該機械は前記粉末を層状化するための層状化装置を含み、当該装置は、
前記粉末を貯蔵するための貯蔵手段(5)と、
加算的製造に適する最終厚み(24)を有する層(23)に前記粉末を配分するように作業ゾーンの上を進行することができる該粉末を配分するための配分手段(6)と、
前記貯蔵手段(5)から前記配分手段(6)まで前記粉末を移送することができる給送手段(7)と、
前記貯蔵手段(5)から前記配分手段(6)まで移送される粉末の量を制御することができる計量手段(8)と、を含み、
前記貯蔵手段(5)は、前記作業ゾーン(4)よりも高く位置決めされ、
前記給送手段(7)は、重力を利用し、
前記給送手段(7)及び前記計量手段(8)は、前記配分手段(6)と共に移動することができ、
前記機械が、2つの別々の作業ゾーン(41、42)を有し、
前記機械が、互いに独立に移動することができる2つの別々の作業トレイ(601、602)を有し、
前記2つの別々の作業トレイ(601、602)の各々が、前記2つの別々の作業ゾーン(41、42)の一方のみに関連付けられ、
前記層状化装置は、両作業ゾーンに共通のものであり、
前記2つの作業ゾーン(41、42)の間に位置し、前記機械の作業面の一部を構成して、その作業面の一部において前記層状化装置を受け入れることができる中心待機ゾーン(43)も含み、
前記貯蔵手段は、ホッパー(52;53)を含み、該ホッパーは、前記給送手段(7)、前記計量手段(8)、及び前記配分手段(6)と共に移動することができ、
前記計量手段は、計量中に計量された量の粉末を定めることができる少なくとも1つの空洞、好ましくは、溝(82)を備えた回転計量ロール(81)を含む、

- 前記層状化装置は、作業ゾーンの上の単一通過で前記層状化を実施するように構成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- 前記配分手段(6)は、剥ぎ取り器(61)を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- 前記配分手段(6)は、前記粉末を前記層(23)に配分するように前記作業ゾーンよりも上に設けられる配分ロール(62)を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- 前記配分ロール(62)の高さが、該ロールの角度位置に応じて調節可能である、請求項6に記載の機械。
- 前記配分手段及び前記計量手段は、共通のロール(64)を使用する、請求項1または6に記載の機械。
- 平行移動におけるその移動が前記配分手段の移動と一体である圧縮ローラ(9)も含む、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
