Description
複数個の開口部を備えているステーターと、

を空けて前記ステーターの内側に配置されるローターと
を備えていて、被処理流体に対して、乳化、分散、微粒化あるいは混合の処理を施す、
ローター・ステータータイプのミキサーの製造方法であって、
次の計算式で求められる前記ミキサー全体の形状依存項:Kc(m5)の大きさを3.
14×10−2以上とし、かつ、
前記ステーターが備えている複数の開口部による開口面積比を15〜50%とするミキ
サーの製造方法
である。

- 複数個の開口部を備えているステーターと、
前記ステーターの中心側から径方向の外側に向かって伸びる複数枚の撹拌羽根によって
形成され、各撹拌羽根の径方向外側の面と前記ステーターの内周壁面との間に所定の隙間
を空けて前記ステーターの内側に配置されるローターと
を備えていて、被処理流体に対して、乳化、分散、微粒化あるいは混合の処理を施す、
ローター・ステータータイプのミキサーの製造方法であって、
次の計算式で求められる前記ミキサー全体の形状依存項:Kc(m5)の大きさを3.
