Claims (9)
- 血管像を含む複数時相のボリュームデータを取得する取得手段と、
前記複数時相のボリュームデータの所定時相のボリュームデータに基づいて血管像を示すボリュームデータを生成する血管ボリューム生成手段と、
前記複数時相のボリュームデータを位置合わせする位置合わせ手段と、
前記位置合わせ後の複数時相のボリュームデータに基づいて血流解析を行なって、ピーク到達時間を示すボリュームデータを生成する血流解析手段と、
前記ピーク到達時間を示すボリュームデータに基づいて血管の支配領域解析を行なって、複数の支配領域を含む、支配領域を示すボリュームデータを生成する支配領域解析手段と、
前記支配領域を示すボリュームデータに含まれる前記複数の支配領域の中から所要の支配領域を決定し、前記血管像を示すボリュームデータに基づいて、前記所要の支配領域に対応する領域の血管像のみを示す3次元画像データを生成する3次元画像生成手段と、
を有する画像処理装置。 - 前記3次元画像生成手段は、前記所要の支配領域に対応する領域を、前記所要の支配領域、前記所要の支配領域を基準として膨張処理させた領域、又は、収縮処理させた領域とする、
請求項1に記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記支配領域を示すボリュームデータに基づいて、前記支配領域に関する関心領域を設定する関心領域設定手段と、算出手段とをさらに有し、
前記血流解析手段は、前記位置合わせ後の複数時相のボリュームデータに基づいて血流解析を行なって、血流量を示すボリュームデータを生成し、
前記算出手段は、前記血流量を示すボリュームデータに基づいて、前記関心領域で血流量の平均値を算出する、
請求項1又は2に記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記位置合わせ後の複数時相のボリュームデータの左右半球を分割する左右分割面を算出する左右分割面算出手段と、
前記血流量を示すボリュームデータに基づく前記分割された半球毎の血流量の平均値に基づいて正常半球を判断する正常半球解析手段と、をさらに有し、
前記関心領域設定手段は、前記支配領域を示すボリュームデータに基づいて、前記正常半球側に、前記支配領域に関する正常半球用の関心領域を設定する正常半球用関心領域設定手段と、前記正常半球用の関心領域の、前記左右分割面の面対称である異常半球用の関心領域を設定する異常半球用関心領域設定手段と、を有し、
前記算出手段は、前記正常半球用の関心領域と前記異常半球用の関心領域とで血流量の平均値をそれぞれ算出する、
請求項3に記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記正常半球解析手段は、前記血流量の平均値が大きい方を前記正常半球と判断する、
請求項4に記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記3次元画像生成手段は、前記血管像を示すボリュームデータを用いて位置が選択されると、前記支配領域を示すボリュームデータの中から、前記位置に対応する支配領域を前記所要の支配領域として決定する、
請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか一項に記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記3次元画像生成手段は、前記支配領域を示すボリュームデータを用いて位置が選択されると、前記支配領域を示すボリュームデータの中から、前記位置に対応する支配領域を前記所要の支配領域として決定する、
請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか一項に記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記血流解析手段は、前記支配領域を示すボリュームデータに基づいて、複数の支配領域の各支配領域の血流解析を行なって各支配領域の血流量を示すボリュームデータ要素を生成し、前記各支配領域の血流量を示すボリュームデータ要素を組み合わせて前記血流量を示すボリュームデータを生成する、
請求項3乃至5のうちいずれか一項に記載の画像処理装置。 - 記憶装置から血管像を含む複数時相のボリュームデータを取得し、
前記複数時相のボリュームデータの所定時相のボリュームデータに基づいて血管像を示すボリュームデータを生成し、
前記複数時相のボリュームデータを位置合わせし、
前記位置合わせ後の複数時相のボリュームデータに基づいて血流解析を行なって、ピーク到達時間を示すボリュームデータを生成し、
前記ピーク到達時間を示すボリュームデータに基づいて血管の支配領域解析を行なって、複数の支配領域を含む、支配領域を示すボリュームデータを生成し、
前記支配領域を示すボリュームデータに含まれる前記複数の支配領域の中から所要の支配領域を決定し、
前記血管像を示すボリュームデータに基づいて、前記所要の支配領域に対応する領域の血管像のみを示す3次元画像データを生成し、
前記3次元画像データを3次元画像として表示装置に表示させる、
