Claims (8)
- 取得部と処理部とを備える医用画像処理装置であって、
前記取得部は、同一の被検体を時系列上で少なくとも2回撮像し、第1の医用画像及び第2の医用画像を取得し、
前記処理部は、
前記第1の医用画像上の第1の点の輝度と、第2の医用画像上の、前記第1の点の組織と同一の組織を示し且つ前記第1の点と空間座標が異なる第2の点の輝度と、に基づいて、前記第1の点の輝度の推移を示す第1のパラメトリック値を算出し、
前記第1の医用画像上の第3の点の輝度と、前記第2の医用画像上の、前記第3の点の組織と同一の組織を示し且つ第3の点と空間座標が異なる第4の点の輝度と、に基づいて、前記第3の点の輝度の推移を示す第2のパラメトリック値を算出し、
前記第1の医用画像において、前記第1の点に前記第1のパラメトリック値を重畳し、前記第3の点に前記第2のパラメトリック値を重畳して、前記第1の医用画像を可視化し、
前記第2の医用画像において、前記第2の点に前記第1のパラメトリック値を重畳し、前記第4の点に前記第2のパラメトリック値を重畳して、前記第2の医用画像を可視化する、
医用画像処理装置。 - 前記取得部は、前記被検体が時系列上で撮像された第3の医用画像を取得し、
前記処理部は、第3の医用画像上の、前記第1の点と同一の組織を示し且つ前記第1の点と空間座標が異なる第5の点に、前記第1のパラメトリック値を重畳して、前記第3の医用画像を可視化する、
請求項1に記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記処理部は、前記第5の点の輝度に基づいて、前記第1のパラメトリック値を算出する、
請求項2に記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記第1の医用画像における第1の関心領域の設置を受け付ける操作部、を更に備え、
前記処理部は、前記操作部により前記第1の関心領域の設置を受け付けた場合、前記第2の医用画像において、前記第1の関心領域に存在する組織と同一の組織を含み且つ前記第1の関心領域と空間座標が異なる第2の関心領域を設置する、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記操作部は、前記第2の関心領域の座標の変更を受け付け、
前記処理部は、
前記第2の関心領域の座標が変更された場合、前記第1の関心領域の座標と変更された前記第2の関心領域の座標とが同一の組織を示すものとして、第3のパラメトリック値を計算し、
前記第2の医用画像において、座標が変更された前記第2の関心領域に前記第3のパラメトリック値を重畳して、前記第2の医用画像を可視化する、
請求項4に記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記第1の医用画像及び前記第2の医用画像の少なくとも1つは、前記被検体に造影剤が注入された状態で撮像された医用画像である、
請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 医用画像処理装置における医用画像処理方法であって、
同一の被検体を時系列上で少なくとも2回撮像し、第1の医用画像及び第2の医用画像を取得し、
前記第1の医用画像上の第1の点の輝度と、前記第2の医用画像上の、前記第1の点と同一の組織を示し且つ前記第1の点と空間座標が異なる第2の点の輝度と、に基づいて、前記第1の点の輝度の推移を示す第1のパラメトリック値を算出し、
前記第1の医用画像上の第3の点の輝度と、前記第2の医用画像上の、前記第3の点と同一の組織を示し且つ前記第3の点と空間座標が異なる第4の点の輝度と、に基づいて、前記第3の点の輝度の推移を示す第2のパラメトリック値を算出し、
前記第1の医用画像において、前記第1の点に前記第1のパラメトリック値を重畳し、前記第3の点に前記第2のパラメトリック値を重畳して、前記第1の医用画像を可視化し、
前記第2の医用画像において、前記第2の点に前記第1のパラメトリック値を重畳し、前記第4の点に前記第2のパラメトリック値を重畳して、前記第2の医用画像を可視化する、
医用画像処理方法。 - 請求項7に記載の医用画像処理方法をコンピュータに実行させるための医用画像処理プログラム。
