Description
製紙スラッジ20gを原料として小型キルン型炭化炉を用い、窒素パージして、処理温度250℃、処理時間30分で焙焼を行って生成物を得た。
処理温度を275℃とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして生成物を得た。
処理温度を150℃とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして生成物を得た。
処理温度を400℃とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして生成物を得た。
・灰分:製紙スラッジを電気炉にて900℃で燃焼させて灰化し、燃焼前後の重量から計算した。
・物質収率:焙焼前後の試料の重量から計算した。
・熱量収率:焙焼前後の試料を島津燃研式自動ボンベ熱量計CA-4PJにて測定した発熱量から計算した。
・粉砕性:試料をボールミルで200rpm、4分間粉砕し、200メッシュをパスしたものの重量を測定し、石炭の粉砕性の指標であるハードグローブ粉砕性指数(HGI)の値から換算して、試料のHGIとした。
Claims (1)
- 水分が10重量%以下の製紙スラッジを酸素濃度10%以下で、処理時間15〜180分、かつ温度200〜260℃の条件下で焙焼し、JIS M 8801:2004に規定のハードグローブ粉砕性指数(HGI)が30以上で、かつ原料に対する物質収率及び熱量収率が60〜90%であることを特徴とする固体燃料の製造方法。
