Description
本願は、2015年3月26日に、日本に出願された特願2015−064675号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
(1)本発明に係る一態様のバルブ制御装置は、バルブの開度を示す開度信号とバルブが設けられたエンジンの起動を示す起動信号とに基づいて、バルブを操作するアクチュエータを制御するバルブ制御装置であって、起動信号及び開度信号に基づいてエンジンの起動毎にバルブの弁体がバルブの弁座に着座する着座位置を学習する全閉学習処理部と、着座位置に基づいて弁体を着座させる際のソフトランディング開始位置を設定し、該ソフトランディング開始位置から弁体を減速させて所定の着座速度で弁体を着座させる制御目標値を設定する目標値設定部と、制御目標値と開度信号とに基づいてアクチュエータに供給する駆動信号を生成する制御駆動部とを備える。
本実施形態に係るバルブシステム及びバルブ制御装置は、図1に示す機能構成を備える。すなわち、このバルブシステムは、図1に示すように、EWGバルブ1(バルブ)、EWGモータ2(アクチュエータ)及びEWG制御部3を備える。なお、上記「EWG」は「Electric Waste Gate」の略である。
この制御量変換部3bは、例えば検出電圧データとリフト量との関係を示す変換テーブルを備え、当該変換テーブルに基づいて検出電圧データに相当するリフト量を抽出して全閉学習処理部3cに出力する。なお、上記変換テーブルに代えて、検出電圧データとリフト量との関係を示す変換式を予め記憶し、当該変換式に基づいて検出電圧データに相当するリフト量を抽出してもよい。
なお、上記DUTYリミッタは、最終目標リフト量の部位に応じて異なるものが設定される。

(1)上記実施形態では、EWGバルブ1(ウエストゲートバルブ)を制御対象バルブとしたが、本発明はこれに限定されない。本発明は、エンジンにおけるEWGバルブ1(ウエストゲートバルブ)以外の各種バルブ、つまり各種の流量調節弁や開閉弁に適用可能である。

Claims (5)
- バルブの開度を示す開度信号と前記バルブが設けられたエンジンの起動を示す起動信号とに基づいて、前記バルブを操作するアクチュエータを制御するバルブ制御装置であって、
前記起動信号及び前記開度信号に基づいて前記エンジンの起動毎に前記バルブの弁体が前記バルブの弁座に着座する着座位置を学習する全閉学習処理部と、
前記着座位置に基づいて前記弁体を着座させる際のソフトランディング開始位置を設定し、該ソフトランディング開始位置から前記弁体を減速させて所定の着座速度で前記弁体を着座させる制御目標値を設定する目標値設定部と、
前記制御目標値と前記開度信号とに基づいて前記アクチュエータに供給する駆動信号を生成する制御駆動部と
を備え、
前記全閉学習処理部は、前記エンジンの起動毎に前記弁体の着座位置を学習して長期学習値を取得することに加えて、前記弁体の着座毎に前記弁体の着座位置を学習して短期学習値を取得し、
前記制御駆動部は、前記短期学習値に基づいて前記バルブの開度を補正して駆動信号を生成する
ことを特徴とするバルブ制御装置。 - 前記開度信号にメディアンフィルタ処理を施して前記制御駆動部に出力するフィルタ部をさらに備え、
前記制御駆動部は、前記弁体の位置操作量を生成する位置制御部と、前記弁体の速度操作量を生成する速度制御部とを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のバルブ制御装置。 - 前記速度制御部は、前記弁体が前記弁座に着座する着座速度の上限を規制する速度リミッタを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載のバルブ制御装置。 - 前記バルブは、前記エンジンの過給機に設けられたウエストゲートバルブである
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ制御装置。 - 前記バルブと、
当該バルブを操作するアクチュエータと、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ制御装置と
を備える
ことを特徴とするバルブシステム。
