Description
被験者の脈圧を算出する血圧算出部と、
前記被験者の脈波を測定する脈波測定部と、
前記脈圧と、所定期間における前記脈波の振幅と、に基づいて前記被験者の呼吸性変動の圧力値を算出する呼吸性変動算出部と、
を備える、ものである。
被験者の脈圧を算出する血圧算出ステップと、
前記被験者の脈波を測定する脈波測定ステップと、
前記脈圧と、所定期間における前記脈波の振幅と、に基づいて前記被験者の呼吸性変動の圧力値を算出する呼吸性変動算出ステップと、
を含む、ものである。
コンピュータに、
被験者の脈圧を算出する血圧算出ステップと、
前記被験者の脈波を測定する脈波測定ステップと、
前記脈圧と、所定期間における前記脈波の振幅と、に基づいて前記被験者の呼吸性変動の圧力値を算出する呼吸性変動算出ステップと、
を実行させる、ものである。
以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態について説明する。図1は、本実施の形態にかかる測定装置の構成を示すブロック図である。測定装置1は、血圧算出部11、圧力制御部12、脈波測定部13、呼吸性変動算出部14、表示部15、及び報知部16を備える。測定装置1は、例えば生体情報モニタ、医用テレメータ、心電計等であればよい。
(特性1)動脈血管容積の変化と血圧の変化は(カフ圧が拡張期血圧以下の範囲では)概ね線形の関係となる。
(特性2)カフ圧脈波の振幅は、動脈血管容積の変化と相似の関係になる。
次に実施の形態2にかかる測定装置について説明する。実施の形態2にかかる測定装置1は、パルスオキシメータの原理を用いて脈波を取得することを特徴とする。以下、実施の形態1と異なる点を説明する。なお以下の説明において、実施の形態1と同一の符号及び名称を付した処理部は、特に説明しない限り実施の形態1と同様の処理を行うものとする。

Claims (11)
- 被験者の脈圧を算出する血圧算出部と、
前記被験者の脈波を測定する脈波測定部と、
所定期間における前記脈波の最大値、最小値、及び前記脈波内の一振幅の圧力値、を用いて呼吸性変動の対脈圧比を算出し、前記対脈圧比に前記脈圧を乗算した値に基づいて前記呼吸性変動の圧力値を算出する呼吸性変動算出部と、
を備える測定装置。 - 前記脈波内の一振幅の圧力値は、前記所定期間における前記脈波の各振幅の平均値または中央値である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定装置。
- 前記所定期間は、前記被験者の一呼吸周期とする、ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の測定装置。
- 前記脈波測定部は、静脈圧よりも高いと想定される圧力以上で前記被験者の所定部位を加圧している間に前記脈波を測定する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の測定装置。
- 前記血圧算出部は、前記被験者の所定部位をカフにより加圧して算出した収縮期血圧及び拡張期血圧を基に前記脈圧を算出する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の測定装置。
- 前記血圧算出部は、前記脈波の測定前に前記脈圧を算出し、
前記脈波測定部は、前記脈圧の算出に連続して前記脈波の測定を行う、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の測定装置。 - 前記脈波測定部は、前記被験者の拡張期血圧以下の圧力での加圧中に前記脈波を測定する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の測定装置。
- 前記脈波測定部は、パルスオキシメータプローブを用いて前記脈波を取得する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の測定装置。
- 前記脈波測定部は、前記脈波の取得中にのみ前記パルスオキシメータプローブが前記被験者の所定部位を加圧するように制御する、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の測定装置。
- 被験者の脈圧を算出する血圧算出ステップと、
前記被験者の脈波を測定する脈波測定ステップと、
所定期間における前記脈波の最大値、最小値、及び前記脈波内の一振幅の圧力値、を用いて呼吸性変動の対脈圧比を算出し、前記対脈圧比に前記脈圧を乗算した値に基づいて前記呼吸性変動の圧力値を算出する呼吸性変動算出ステップと、
を含む測定方法。 - コンピュータに、
被験者の脈圧を算出する血圧算出ステップと、
前記被験者の脈波を測定する脈波測定ステップと、
所定期間における前記脈波の最大値、最小値、及び前記脈波内の一振幅の圧力値、を用いて呼吸性変動の対脈圧比を算出し、前記対脈圧比に前記脈圧を乗算した値に基づいて前記呼吸性変動の圧力値を算出する呼吸性変動算出ステップと、
を実行させるプログラム。
