Description
上記の機能性を実現するため、センサ22は、測定した生理的データを、身体結合ネットワーク、Bluetooth(登録商標)、有線または無線ネットワークなどを介して、患者モニタリングシステム12のコントローラ28に送信する。患者モニタリングシステム12は、センサ22により測定された患者データ及び/または生理的データの集積点として機能し、データにメモリ30における一時的記憶を提供する。収集された生理的データは、同時に患者モニタリングシステム12のコントローラ28に送信される。コントローラ28は、その生理的データを、通信ネットワーク20を通じて患者情報システム14に送信する。患者情報システムにおいて、生理的データは表示され、記憶される。また、患者モニタリングシステム12のコントローラ28は、ディスプレイ24を制御して、対応する患者モニタリングシステムディスプレイ24の各センサ22から受信した、測定された生理的データを表示する。
Claims (13)
- サンプリング頻度で患者の患者データをサンプリングする一以上のセンサと、
前記一以上のセンサから前記患者データを受信するように構成されたコントローラであって、
前記患者データで患者状態を判断し、
前記一以上のセンサのサンプリングレートを最適化するのに利用される悪化イベントの傾向と悪化の確率とのうち少なくとも一方を判断し、
前記判断した患者状態に基づき前記一以上のセンサのサンプリング頻度を自動的に調節するようにプログラムされたコントローラと
を有し、
前記コントローラは、
前記患者データのベースラインを決定し、
前記患者データのベースラインに基づいて悪化の傾向スコアと確率閾値とを計算し、
前記傾向スコアと確率閾値とから初期確率曲線を計算するようにさらにプログラムされている、
患者モニタリングシステム。 - 前記患者データは現在モニターされている生理的データと入力された臨床データとのうち少なくとも一方を含む、請求項1に記載の患者モニタリングシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記患者データと、悪化イベントの傾向と悪化の確率とのうち少なくとも一方とに基づいて患者臨床プロファイルを決定するようにさらにプログラムされている、請求項1または2に記載の患者モニタリングシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記患者臨床プロファイルに応じて関心パラメータを測定する一以上の所定センサのサンプリングレートを調節するようにさらにプログラムされている、
請求項3に記載の患者モニタリングシステム。 - 前記患者状態は、前記受信した患者データを前に受信した患者データと比較することにより決定される、請求項1ないし4いずれか一項に記載の患者モニタリングシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、患者情報システムから臨床データを受信するようにさらに構成され、前記臨床データから前記患者状態を決定するようにさらにプログラムされている、
請求項1ないし5いずれか一項に記載の患者モニタリングシステム。 - 患者モニタリング方法であって、
患者モニタリングシステムのコントローラが、前記患者モニタリングシステムの一以上のセンサからサンプリング頻度でサンプリングされた患者データを受信するステップと、
前記コントローラが、前記受信した患者データで患者状態を判断するステップと、
前記コントローラが、前記一以上のセンサのサンプリングレートを最適化するのに利用される悪化イベントの傾向と悪化の確率とのうち少なくとも一方を判断するステップと、
前記コントローラが、判断した患者状態に基づき前記一以上のセンサのサンプリング頻度を自動的に調節するステップとを有し、
前記コントローラが、前記患者データのベースラインを決定するステップと、
前記コントローラが、前記患者データのベースラインに基づいて悪化の傾向スコアと確率閾値とを計算するステップと、
前記コントローラが、前記傾向スコアと確率閾値とから初期確率曲線を計算するステップとをさらに含む、
患者モニタリング方法。 - 前記患者データは現在モニターされている生理的データと入力された臨床データとのうち少なくとも一方を含む、請求項7に記載の患者モニタリング方法。
- 前記コントローラが、前記患者データと、悪化イベントの傾向と悪化の確率とのうち少なくとも一方とに基づき患者臨床プロファイルを決定するステップをさらに含む、-請求項7に記載の患者モニタリング方法。
- 前記コントローラが、前記患者臨床プロファイルに応じて、関心パラメータを測定する一以上の所定センサのサンプリングレートを調節するステップをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の患者モニタリング方法。
- 前記患者状態は前記受信した患者データを前に受信した患者データと比較することにより決定される、請求項7ないし10いずれか一項に記載の患者モニタリング方法。
- プロセッサにロードされたとき、前記プロセッサに、請求項7ないし11いずれか一項に記載の患者モニタリング方法を実行させるコンピュータプログラム。
- 請求項12に記載のコンピュータプログラムを含むコンピュータ読み取り可能媒体。
