Claims (4)
- カラーの3次元オブジェクトを形成する複数の媒体層の個々を集めるように構成される積層オブジェクト製造システムであって、
a.複数の媒体層の各々の第1表面の少なくとも一部、および第2表面の対応する一部にカラー印刷するように構成されるインクジェットプリンタと、
b.前記3次元オブジェクトを形成するために、前記複数の媒体層の個々を集めるように構成されたコレーターと、を備え、
前記第2表面は前記第1表面の反対側にあり、
前記プリンタは、前記第1表面に塗布されるインクと前記第2表面に塗布されるインクとの間でカラー相互作用を生じることなく、前記第1表面および前記第2表面のそれぞれから前記媒体層の厚みのほぼ中間まで透過する十分なインクであるように、前記第1表面および前記第2表面のそれぞれに塗布されるインクの量を制御する、システム。 - 前記プリンタおよび前記コレーターは、先に印刷された層と一緒にその層がコレーションされる前に、前記プリンタが個々の媒体層の印刷をするように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記コレーターは、前記複数の媒体層の個々の層を接着させるように構成された接着モジュールを備える、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記コレーターは、3次元オブジェクトの範囲内で望ましい3次元形状を生じるために、複数の媒体層の各々の輪郭が描画されるように構成される輪郭加工モジュールを備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
