1. 媒体層の両面から印刷されるインクは、エッジで媒体層の中心にまで一様に入りこまないようにできる。このことで、結果として生じる視覚効果は、媒体層自体のカラーを要素として含み、通常、カラーが飽和するのを減らすことを意味する。
2. 媒体層のエッジに生じる段による濃淡は、印刷されたカラーを暗くするのに役立ち得る。
しかし、このことは主観的なものであって、問題とする表面に対する、観測角度と光源の角度に依存し得る。したがって、光源と観測角度が表面に対して通常の範囲であると仮定する。このとき、濃淡は寄付する要因とならない。
b) 仮留めゾーン−このゾーンの媒体層は、一時的な、サポート層であり得る。これらの層は、3D印刷オブジェクトをあらわにするために印刷された媒体のスタックから不必要な支持材を取り除く場合に、除去プロセスの間に簡単に分離できるように、合わせて弱く接着(仮留め)され得る。
Claims (18)
- カラーの3次元オブジェクトを形成するように構成される積層オブジェクト製造システム(500)であって、
a.複数の表面から形成される3次元オブジェクトを決定し、決定された3次元オブジェクトと一致する印刷状態を提供するように構成される3次元オブジェクト色域マッピングモジュールであって、前記決定された3次元オブジェクトのすべての表面の全体的な色強度を正規化するように層に印刷されたカラーを最適に修正するために、完成した3次元オブジェクトの複数の媒体層の各々の表面の方向を分析して、前記決定された3次元オブジェクトの表面の角度とその表面に塗布されたカラーのどこに依存性があるかを特定するように構成される前記3次元オブジェクト色域マッピングモジュールと、
b.前記印刷状態に従って前記複数の層の各々の第1表面の少なくとも一部にカラー印刷するように構成されるプリンタと、を備えるシステム。 - 前記プリンタは前記媒体層の各々の第2表面を印刷するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プリンタは第1表面および第2表面を印刷する、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記プリンタは、前記複数の層の前記第1表面の少なくとも一部に複数のカラーを塗布するように構成される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記3次元オブジェクト色域マッピングモジュールは、前記3次元オブジェクトの個々のエッジ表面を特定可能であって、選択的に前記エッジ表面にカラーの塗布が可能であるように、輪郭加工モジュールとのインターフェースを有するように構成される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記3次元オブジェクト色域マッピングモジュールは、前記3次元オブジェクトの範囲内で、前記複数の表面の個々の表面を特定するように構成される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の表面のうち選択されたものについて、前記3次元オブジェクトのすべての表面の全体的な色強度の正規化が行われるように構成される、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記3次元オブジェクト色域マッピングモジュールは、前記複数の層の各々のための媒体タイプを定めるように構成され、
