但し、Rは線路インピーダンス抵抗成分、Xは線路インピーダンスリアクタンス成分を示し、電力配電線の線路インピーダンスは各電気事業者によって定められている。
図1には、分散型電源の一例である太陽電池発電装置1が示されている。太陽電池発電装置1は、複数の太陽電池パネルSPと、太陽電池パネルSPが接続されたパワーコンディショナPCを備えて構成され、連系リレーRy及び交流側フィルタ90を介して系統電源100に接続されている。尚、本発明による分散型電源は、パワーコンディショナPCに接続される発電装置が太陽電池パネルSPに限定されるものではなく、燃料電池等の他の発電装置が接続される場合にも適用可能である。

Claims (3)
- 系統電源と連系するインバータを備えた分散型電源の制御装置であって、
少なくとも前記分散型電源の定格値近傍の出力時に力率1より小さな所定の指定力率となるように前記インバータを制御するとともに、定格値近傍未満の出力時に出力の低下に伴って力率を変化させる出力追従力率制御を実行する力率制御部を備え、
前記力率制御部は、前記インバータから出力される皮相電力を基準に力率を制御するとともに、前記定格値近傍未満の出力時に出力の低下に伴って前記指定力率と出力零時の力率1とを結ぶ漸近線に沿って力率が1に漸近するようにステップ的または連続的に力率を変化させるように前記出力追従力率制御を実行する分散型電源の制御装置。 - 前記力率制御部は、前記分散型電源の出力値に拘わらず力率を所定の指定力率となるように前記インバータを制御する一定力率制御を実行可能に構成され、前記出力追従力率制御と前記一定力率制御の何れを実行するかを選択可能に構成されている請求項1記載の分散型電源の制御装置。
- 系統電源と連系するインバータを備えた分散型電源の制御方法であって、
前記インバータから出力される皮相電力を基準に力率を制御するように構成され、
少なくとも前記分散型電源の定格値近傍の出力時に力率1より小さな所定の指定力率となるように前記インバータを制御するとともに、前記定格値近傍未満の出力時に出力の低下に伴って前記指定力率と出力零時の力率1とを結ぶ漸近線に沿って力率が1に漸近するようにステップ的または連続的に力率を変化させるように出力追従力率制御を実行する分散型電源の制御方法。
