Description
マンガン鉄粉末(100〜200メッシュ)、酸化鉄粉を主とした(74重量%)と、その他非鉄金属粉(アルミ、黄銅)とマトリックスバインダー成分としてフェノール樹脂11重量%を攪拌機にて均一に混合し、加熱した金属金型内に充填し、適正な成形圧力で加熱加圧(圧縮)成形した。その後、成形品の熱処理を施した。このようにして図1〜5に示す研摩子を作製した。この研摩子1の大きさは、研摩面の長さが125mm、幅が85mm、中央厚みが40mm(研摩部のみでは31mm)、溝部2,3の幅は12.6mm、溝部の長さは65mm、溝部の深さは25mm、補強部4,5の幅は20mmであった。
図6に示す研摩子10とした以外は実施例1と同様とした。図6において、基材13の溝11,12は幅方向の両端まで続いている。この研摩子10は本出願人が製造販売している従来品である。
図7に示す研摩子14とした以外は実施例1と同様とした。図7において、基材15には溝などは無く、研摩面のみで形成されている。この研摩子14も本出願人が製造販売している従来品である。

Claims (6)
- 鉄道車両の車輪踏面に接触して前記車輪踏面を清掃するための研摩子であって、
前記研摩子の研摩面側には幅方向に向いた一個以上の溝部が形成され、
前記溝部の一方は前記研摩子の側面までつながり、前記溝部の他方は前記研摩子の基材によって遮られていることを特徴とする鉄道車両用研摩子。 - 前記溝部の長さは前記研摩子の幅方向の長さの50%以上95%以下である請求項1に記載の鉄道車両用研摩子。
- 前記溝部の数は1〜3個である請求項1又は2に記載の鉄道車両用研摩子。
- 前記溝部1個の幅は前記研摩子の長さ方向の長さの5%以上20%以下である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の鉄道車両用研摩子。
- 前記溝部の深さは前記研摩子の厚さの50%以上90%以下である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の鉄道車両用研摩子。
- 前記溝部の形状は、U字形又は中央部に向かって偏ったU字形である請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の鉄道車両用研摩子。
