Description

The present invention relates to a porous seal that can prevent a difference in density from occurring in a stamped seal, or a portion having a light seal or lacking a seal.

Conventionally, various types of stamps having a structure in which an ink occlusion body is brought into contact with the back surface of a porous stamping material have been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In addition, as shown in Patent Document 2, the applicant also adhered the porous stamping material to the front end surface of the frame body to form a frame with a stamping material, and the ink occlusion body was in contact with the back surface of the porous stamping material We propose a stamp with a structure in which this frame with stamp is held in a holder.

FIG. 3 shows a porous stamp described in Patent Document 2. In the figure, 1 is a porous marking material, 2 is a frame, 3 is a holder, and 4 is an ink occlusion body. The porous stamp 1 is bonded to the front end surface of the frame 2 to form a frame 5 with a stamp, and the stamped frame 5 is attached to the holder 3 to form a porous stamp. Yes.

However, in the porous stamp shown in FIG. 3, the height of the front end face of the ink occlusion body 4 is the same as that of the front end face 2 a of the frame body 2, although the ink occlusion body 4 is in contact with the back surface of the porous stamping material 1. It is the height of.
For this reason, if the marking surface is inclined when stamped, the outer peripheral edge portion of the front end surface 2a of the frame 2 or the outer peripheral edge portion of the front end surface of the bonding portion 1a of the porous stamping material 1 is the surface to be printed 20 (in the drawing). The outer peripheral edge on the opposite side is in a state of floating from the surface to be printed. In many cases, the bonding portion 1a is hardened by being melted and bonded, which causes interference. As a result, there is a problem that a difference in density occurs in the stamped seal, or a portion where the seal is thin or a portion where the seal is missing occurs. In particular, when the stamp surface is large, it is difficult to stamp in a completely horizontal state, and the stamp surface tends to be inclined, so that there is a problem that it is difficult to print a uniform impression with no difference in density.
Also, by repeating the stamping, the ink occlusion body may sag, and the contact portion between the back side of the porous printing material and the ink occlusion body may be partially separated, resulting in unevenness in ink supply and a difference in density in the imprint. In addition, wrinkles are generated on the surface of the porous printing material, resulting in insufficient contact with the surface to be printed, resulting in a problem of lack of imprinting.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and prevents a difference in density from occurring in a stamped impression, or a portion with a lightly imprinted portion or a portion with a lack of imprinting, thereby providing a clear imprint. The object of the present invention is to provide a porous stamp that can be printed with a uniform and beautiful impression even on a large stamp.

The porous stamp of the present invention made to solve the above problems is to form a frame with a stamp by adhering a porous stamp to the front end surface of the frame, and this frame with the stamp is attached to the back surface of the porous stamp The ink seal is held in the holder while the ink occlusion body is in contact with the porous sealant so that the back surface of the porous printing material and the ink occlusion body are in front of the front end surface of the frame. The entire surface of the marking material is pushed up by the ink occlusion body and is in pressure contact with the ink occlusion body .

In the invention according to claim 1, a porous stamping material is bonded to the front end surface of the frame body to form a frame with a stamping material, and the ink occlusion body is in contact with the back surface of the porous stamping material with the frame with the stamping material. The stamp is held in a holder in a state where the surface of the porous printing material is covered by the ink occlusion body so that the contact position between the back surface of the porous printing material and the ink occlusion body is located in front of the front end surface of the frame body. Because it is pushed up, the outer peripheral edge of the front end face of the frame or the outer peripheral edge of the front end face of the bonded part of the porous stamping material interferes with the surface to be printed even if the stamping surface is slightly inclined when stamped. The surface of the porous stamping material can be adhered to the entire surface to be imprinted, and it is possible to accurately prevent the occurrence of a difference in shading in the imprint, or the occurrence of a lightly imprinted or missing portion. It becomes possible.

It is sectional drawing which shows embodiment of this invention. It is an exploded view showing an embodiment of the present invention. It is sectional drawing which shows a prior art example.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an example of a porous stamp according to the present invention, in which 1 is a porous stamping material, 2 is a frame body, 3 is a holder, and 4 is an ink occlusion body. The porous stamp 1 is bonded to the front end surface of the frame 2 to form a frame 5 with a stamp, and the stamped frame 5 is attached to the holder 3 to form a porous stamp. Yes. The above configuration is the same as the conventional one, and the same reference numerals are given.

In the present invention, the surface of the porous printing material 1 is pushed up by the ink occlusion body 4 so that the contact position between the back surface of the porous printing material 1 and the ink occlusion body 4 is located in front of the front end surface of the frame 2. The marking surface is slightly inclined when it is stamped, so that the outer peripheral edge of the front end surface 2a of the frame body 2 or the front end of the bonding portion 1a of the porous stamping material 1 as in the prior art. Even if the outer peripheral edge of the surface interferes with the marking surface 20, the surface of the porous marking material 1 is in close contact with the entire surface of the marking surface 20. The point that the surface of the porous stamp 1 is pushed up by the ink occlusion body 4 will be described later.
In this specification, the front side of the porous stamp is referred to as “front” and “front”, and the opposite side of the stamp side is referred to as “rear” and “back”.

The porous printing material 1 is made of a thermoplastic resin, and any porous material can be used as long as the surface can be heated and melted by pressing a thermal head on the surface of the printing material. For example, thermoplastic resins, thermoplastic elastomers, specifically synthetic resins such as polyolefin-based synthetic resins, polyamide, polyurethane, polyester, polyvinyl, polyacetal, styrene-based, vinyl chloride-based, olefin-based, polyester-based, polyamide-based, It is a urethane-based thermoplastic elastomer, and as commercially available products, polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon, polyurethane, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, vinyl acetate vinyl acetate copolymer, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene terephthalate, polyacetal resin, polycarbonate, etc. were used as raw materials. There is a porous body.

The porosity and pore diameter of the porous stamp 1 can be determined by the particle size and kneading content of existing dissolved substances such as starch, sodium chloride, and calcium carbonate. Or a porous body having a two-layer structure, the porosity is 50% to 80%, the pore diameter of the surface layer of the one-layer or two-layer structure is 1 μm to 20 μm, and the porosity of the lower layer is 50 μm to 100 μm Is suitable. An ink occlusion body such as felt may be used as the lower layer. The stamp material shape may be a thin film shape such as a sheet shape.

The frame 2 to which the porous stamp 1 is hermetically bonded is a quadrangular frame, and the cross-sectional shape of the frame 2 is substantially L-shaped. Further, the shape is not limited to a rectangular shape, and may be any other polygonal shape, circular shape, elliptical shape, or the like.
The substantially L-shaped wide end is used as a front end face 2a, and the peripheral edge of the porous stamping material 1 is hermetically bonded over the entire circumference of the front end face 2a. As a method for hermetically bonding the porous stamp 1 to the frame 2, heat sealing, hermetic adhesion using an adhesive, or the like can be employed. Adhesion means that two things stick together. Thus, the porous stamp 1 is bonded to the front end face of the frame 2 to form the stamped frame 5.

The stamped frame body 5 is held by a holder 3. The stamped frame 5 and the holder 3 are held by, for example, uneven fitting, surface fitting, screw fitting, or the like. Further, in order to guarantee the direction of the frame 5 with the stamping material and the holder 3, a recess-shaped engagement portion is provided on the side wall of the frame 5 with the stamping material, and the side wall of the holder 3 corresponds to the engagement portion. An engaged portion may be provided.
Examples of the material of the frame 2 include polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutylene, polyurethane, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, polyester, polycarbonate, polyethylene-based thermoplastic elastomer, polypropylene-based thermoplastic elastomer, polybutylene-based thermoplastic elastomer, polyurethane-based thermoplastic elastomer. Thermoplastic resins such as polystyrene-based thermoplastic elastomers, polydiene-based thermoplastic elastomers, polychloride-based thermoplastic elastomers, and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resins are used. In particular, from the standpoint of holding performance, it is preferable to use the same or the same material as the porous stamping material 1. When a polyolefin-based thermoplastic resin is used for the porous stamping material 1, the material of the frame 2 is also polyolefin-based heat. It is preferable to use a plastic resin.

Between the holder 3 and the frame 5 with the stamping material, the ink occlusion body 4 abuts against the back surface of the porous stamping material 1 and is held in pressure contact with the ink occlusion body 4 so as to push up the porous stamping material 1. ing.
As the ink occlusion body 4, for example, felt that can be impregnated (occluded) and held with ink made of natural fibers such as wool or synthetic fibers (polyester, polyamide, acrylic, etc.) can be employed. The ink occlusion body 4 only needs to be capable of impregnating the porous printing material 1 with ink, and the hardness and shape of the ink occlusion body 4 can be increased so that the porous printing material can be pushed up and contracted during printing. Just decide.
In addition, any known ink for printing can be used, regardless of whether it is pigment-based, dye-based, oil-based, or water-based, and the ink occlusion body 4 can be impregnated with ink by vacuum impregnation, etc. A known impregnation method can be employed.

The holder 3 for holding the ink occlusion body 4 has a fitting portion for fitting with the frame body 5 with a printing material, and the ink occlusion body 4 is attached to the back side of the porous printing material 1 by the fitting of both. It is the structure hold | maintained in the state contact | abutted to. As a result, the ink is always supplied from the ink occlusion body 4 to the porous printing material 1 so that a clear imprint is printed.

FIG. 2 is an exploded view of FIG. As shown in the upper diagram of FIG. 2, an ink occlusion body 4 is set at the front part of the holder 3, and a frame body 5 with a printing material is attached to the holder 3 so as to cover the ink occlusion body 4. The frame 5 with stamp is attached by fitting a fitting portion 6a provided on the holder 3 side with a fitting portion 6b provided on the frame 2. As a fitting part, arbitrary things, such as a pair of uneven | corrugated relationship and a screwing relationship, are employable.

In the illustrated example, the porous stamping material 1 has a stamped surface bulging forward, and its peripheral edge is melt bonded to the front end surface of the frame body 2 as an adhesive portion 1a. 5 is configured. In addition, the porous stamping material 1 may be a flat state in which the marking surface portion is not bulged forward and the bulging deformation is forward due to the ink occlusion body 4 being pushed up.

As shown in the lower part of FIG. 2, the holders 3 and the frame body 5 with the stamp material are integrated by fitting the fitting portions 6a and 6b. The front part of the ink occlusion body 4 is tightly accommodated in the inner part swelled and formed on the porous printing material 1, and the front part of the ink occlusion body 4 is firmly in contact with the back surface of the porous printing material 1. The thickness of the ink occlusion body 4 is larger than the height of the frame body 2, and the front portion of the ink occlusion body 4 bulges forward from the front end surface 2 a of the frame body 2 in the fitted state (d ) Only bulges. As a result, the surface of the porous printing material 1 is pushed up by the ink occlusion body 4 and bulges forward, and the back surface of the porous printing material 1 and the front surface of the ink occlusion body 4 are always in contact with each other. .
Note that the degree of the swelling amount (d) of the porous stamping material 1 can be determined according to the expansion / contraction performance of the porous stamping material 1, the size of the stamping surface, and the like.

As shown in FIG. 1, the porous stamp of the present invention configured as described above has an outer peripheral edge portion of the front end surface 2a of the frame body 2 or the porous stamping material 1 even if the stamping surface is inclined when stamped. Before the outer peripheral edge of the front end surface of the bonded portion 1a interferes with the surface to be printed 20 (dashed line in the figure), there is a margin to shrink by the bulging amount (d) of the porous printing material 1, The outer peripheral edge on the opposite side descends and comes into close contact with the surface to be printed 20. As a result, as in the prior art, the outer peripheral edge on the opposite side is in a floating state, causing a difference in density in the imprinted stamp, or a portion with a light imprint or a portion lacking the imprint. This eliminates the phenomenon and makes it possible to print a uniform imprint with no difference in density. Further, even if the ink occlusion body is bent by repeating the marking, the abutting portion between the back surface of the porous marking material 1 and the ink occlusion body 4 is not separated, so that the abutting portion is partially separated as in the prior art. Thus, it is possible to accurately prevent the occurrence of a difference in shade of the imprint and the occurrence of a lack of imprint.

As is clear from the above description, in the present invention, the surface of the porous printing material is placed on the front side of the front side of the frame so that the contact position between the back surface of the porous printing material and the ink storage body is located on the front side of the frame. Since it is pushed up by the body, it is possible to prevent a difference in density from occurring in the imprint imprinted and to prevent a portion having a thin imprint or a portion lacking the imprint from being imprinted. In addition, there is an advantage that a uniform and beautiful imprint can be printed even when it is difficult to print in a completely horizontal state especially in a large stamp.
