Claims (3)
- 整流部、初期充填部、DC−リンク部、インバーター部を含む電力変換装置の動作制御装置において、
前記インバーター部を駆動させるインバーター駆動部;
前記初期充填部の初期充填抵抗と並列に連結されるリレー部が駆動される前に、前記初期充填抵抗の抵抗値に反比例する第2の基準電圧を設定し、かつ、前記リレー部が駆動された場合、前記第2の基準電圧と前記初期充填抵抗の両端から測定された電圧とを比較するリレーモニターリング部であって、前記初期充填抵抗の両端から測定された電圧が第2の基準電圧を超えると、第1のモニターリング信号を出力し、前記初期充填抵抗の両端から測定された電圧が第2の基準電圧を超えない場合は、第2のモニターリング信号を出力するリレーモニターリング部;
前記DC−リンク部に対する初期充填の進行中、前記DC−リンク部のDC−リンク電圧が第1の基準電圧を超えると、前記初期充填部の初期充填抵抗と並列に連結される前記リレー部を駆動させる制御部を含み、
前記制御部は、前記第2のモニターリング信号が入力されると、前記リレー部が正常的に動作しないと判断し、前記インバーター部の駆動を停止させるため、リレー誤動作信号を前記インバーター駆動部に伝達する、電力変換装置の動作制御装置。 - 前記リレーモニターリング部は、
前記初期充填抵抗と連結される電流制限抵抗;及び
前記電流制限抵抗と連結されるフォトカプラーを含み、
前記フォトカプラーは、入力端子(P1)及び入力端子(P2)を通じて測定される前記初期充填抵抗の両端の電圧と入力端子(P3)を通じて入力される前記第2の基準電圧との比較結果に応じて、前記第1のモニターリング信号又は前記第2のモニターリング信号を出力する、請求項1に記載の電力変換装置の動作制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記初期充填抵抗を通じて、前記DC−リンク部に対する初期充填動作を行う、請求項1に記載の電力変換装置の動作制御装置。
