Description
前記3Dプリンタを提供するステップと、
加工対象物を前記3Dプリンタの支持部材上の所定の位置に固定するステップと、
前記レーザー装置から出射したレーザービームは、前記ビームエキスパンダー、第一ガルバノミラー、第二ガルバノミラーおよび前記鏡筒モジュールを経て加工対象物に照射することにより、該加工対象物に対して印刷をするステップとを含む。
ステップS101において、前記3Dプリンタ100を提供する。
ステップS102において、加工対象物200を支持部材70上の所定の位置に固定する。
ステップS103において、レーザー装置10から出射したレーザービームは、ビームエキスパンダー20、第一ガルバノミラー30、第二ガルバノミラー40および鏡筒モジュール50を経て加工対象物200に照射することにより、加工対象物200に対して印刷をすることができる。具体的に、レーザービームにより加工対象物200の一部分の材料が溶解するか或いは気化することにより、所定の形状の製品を形成することができる。印刷の過程において、レーザービームは第一ガルバノミラー30と第二ガルバノミラー40によって偏向し、支持部70はレーザービームの偏向に合わせながら加工対象物200を移動させることにより、加工対象物200の全体に対して印刷をすることができる。
Claims (9)
- 鏡筒モジュールであって、入射光の伝播方向に沿って順に同軸に配列される第一レンズ、第二レンズおよび第三レンズから構成され、前記第一レンズは両凹型のレンズであり、前記第二レンズはメニスカス状のレンズであり、前記第三レンズは両凸型のレンズであり、前記第一レンズは第一曲面と第二曲面を含み、前記第二レンズは第三曲面と第四曲面を含み、前記第三レンズは第五曲面と第六曲面を含み、前記第一曲面ないし第六曲面は入射光の伝播方向に沿って順に配列され、前記第一曲面ないし第六曲面の曲率半径は順に、−37±5%、400±5%、−130±5%、−60±5%、360±5%、−68±5%であり、これらの単位はミリメートルであることを特徴とする鏡筒モジュール。
- 前記第一レンズないし第三レンズの中心の厚さは順に、7±5%、5±5%、13±5%であり、これらの単位はミリメートルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鏡筒モジュール。
- 前記第一レンズの屈折率とアッベ数の比は(1.5/64)±5%であり、前記第二レンズの屈折率とアッベ数の比は(1.67/32)±5%であり、前記第三レンズの屈折率とアッベ数の比は(1.67/32)±5%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鏡筒モジュール。
- 前記鏡筒モジュールは、入射光の伝播方向に沿う場合の前記第三レンズの後ろに位置する第四レンズを更に含み、該第四レンズは平板型のレンズであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鏡筒モジュール。
- 前記第四レンズは保護用ガラスであり、その中心の厚さは3±5%ミリメートルであり、前記第四レンズの屈折率とアッベ数の比は(1.5/64)±5%であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の鏡筒モジュール。
- 前記鏡筒モジュールの焦点距離は160ミリメートルであり、入射瞳の直径は12ミリメートルであり、作業光線の波長は1060ナノメートルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鏡筒モジュール。
- 3Dプリンタであって、光の伝播方向に順に配列されるレーザー装置、ビームエキスパンダー、第一ガルバノミラー、第二ガルバノミラーおよび請求項1に記載の鏡筒モジュールを含み、前記レーザー装置、ビームエキスパンダーおよび前記第一ガルバノミラーは同軸に設けられ、前記第二ガルバノミラーと前記第一ガルバノミラーは互いに平行に設けられ、前記3Dプリンタは、前記鏡筒モジュールの付近に設けられるガイドフレームと、該ガイドフレーム上に滑動可能に設けられる支持部材とを更に含み、前記第二ガルバノミラー、前記鏡筒モジュールおよび前記支持部材は同軸に設けられることを特徴とする3Dプリンタ。
- 3D印刷方法であって、
請求項7に記載の3Dプリンタを提供するステップと、
加工対象物を前記3Dプリンタの支持部材上の所定の位置に固定するステップと、
前記レーザー装置から出射したレーザービームは、前記ビームエキスパンダー、第一ガルバノミラー、第二ガルバノミラーおよび前記鏡筒モジュールを経て加工対象物に照射することにより、該加工対象物に対して印刷をするステップとを含むことを特徴とする3D印刷方法。 - 前記レーザービームで前記加工対象物に対して印刷する過程において、前記レーザービームは前記第一ガルバノミラーと第二ガルバノミラーによって偏向し、前記支持部材は前記レーザービームの偏向に合わせながら前記加工対象物を移動させることにより、該加工対象物の全体に対して印刷をすることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の3D印刷方法。
