Description
Claims (23)
- ラマン分光法を実行するために、試料に光を結合させ、かつ前記試料からの光を受光するための使い捨て式非磁性光ファイバプローブと、前記使い捨て式非磁性光ファイバプローブ内に光を伝送し、かつ前記使い捨て式非磁性光ファイバプローブから光を受光するために、前記使い捨て式非磁性光ファイバプローブに着脱自在に接続された非磁性光学延長部と、を備え、
前記非磁性光学延長部は、
前記使い捨て式非磁性光ファイバプローブ内に光を伝送するための第1の延長光ファイバと、
前記使い捨て式非磁性光ファイバプローブからの光を受光するための第2の延長光ファイバと、
前記第1の延長光ファイバからの光をフィルタリングするための第1のフィルタと、
前記第2の延長光ファイバへの光をフィルタリングするための第2のフィルタと、を有する、光学装置。 - 非磁性生検針を備える、請求項1に記載の光学装置。
- 前記使い捨て式非磁性光ファイバプローブは、試料内に光を結合させるための第1の光ファイバと、前記試料からの光を受光するための少なくとも1つの第2の光ファイバと、を備え、前記第1及び第2の光ファイバは、一方の端部で並んで配置され、かつ当該一方の端部で接続されてプローブヘッドを形成し、前記第1の光ファイバの他方の端部の第1の光学コネクタ及び第2の光ファイバの他方の端部の第2のコネクタは、前記非磁性光学延長部に接続可能である、請求項1又は2に記載の光学装置。
- 前記第1の光ファイバは、光励起での蛍光の発生を制限するように、臨界長未満の長さを有する、請求項3に記載の光学装置。
- 前記臨界長は、150cm未満、又は100cm未満である、請求項4に記載の光学装置。
- 前記プローブヘッドは、2mm以下の直径を有する、請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の光学装置。
- 前記第1の光ファイバの先端部は、前記第2の光ファイバの先端部に対して実質的に軸方向に揃っている、請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載の光学装置。
- 前記第1の光ファイバの先端部は、前記第2の光ファイバの先端部に対して軸方向にずれている、請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載の光学装置。
- 前記プローブヘッドは、少なくとも1つの光学部品を有する、請求項3〜8のいずれか一項に記載の光学装置。
- 前記非磁性光学延長部は、前記使い捨て式非磁性光ファイバプローブ内に光を結合させるための第1の光結合器と、前記使い捨て式非磁性光ファイバプローブからの光を前記第2の延長光ファイバに結合させるための第2の光結合器と、を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の光学装置。
- 前記非磁性光学延長部は、ハウジングを有し、前記第1のフィルタ及び前記第2のフィルタは、前記ハウジング内に配置される、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の光学装置。
- 前記非磁性光学延長部は、ハウジングを有し、前記第1のフィルタ及び前記第2のフィルタは、前記ハウジング内に配置され、
前記第1の光結合器及び第2の光結合器は、前記ハウジング内にある、請求項10に記載の光学装置。 - 前記第1のフィルタ及び/又は前記第1の光結合器は、前記第2のフィルタ及び/又は前記第2の光結合器から光学的に隔離されている、請求項11又は12に記載の光学装置。
- 前記非磁性光学延長部は、該非磁性光学延長部及び前記使い捨て式非磁性光ファイバプローブを着脱自在に接続するための少なくとも1つのコネクタを備えている、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の光学装置。
- 前記光学装置は、臨界長より大きい全長、3mより大きい全長、4mより大きい全長、又は、5mより大きい全長、を有する、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の光学装置。
- 前記使い捨て式非磁性光ファイバプローブにはフィルタがない、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の光学装置。
- 光学分光法を実行するためのシステムであって、該システムは、患者領域を有する医用撮像装置と、光源及び検出器に接続された請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の光学装置と、を備え、前記医用撮像装置及び前記光学装置は、第1の室又は領域内に配置され、前記光源及び前記検出器は、前記第1の室又は領域から電磁的に遮蔽された第2の室又は領域内に配置される、システム。
- 前記電磁的な遮蔽は、ファラデーケージを含む、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記医用撮像装置はMRIスキャナである、請求項17又は18に記載のシステム。
- 前記光源はレーザである、請求項17〜19のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記検出器は分光計を含む、請求項17〜20のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記分光計はラマン分光計である、請求項21に記載のシステム。
- 前記レーザ及び検出器は、3m以上前記患者領域から離れている、請求項17〜22のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
