Claims (11)
- H 2 S及びCO 2 を含む溶媒流(162)と除去ガス(170)を受け、

二酸化炭素(CO2)吸収器(152)と、
前記H2S濃縮器から前記第1のガス状混合物(260)を受け取り、前記CO2吸収器からCO2が過濃な溶媒流(172)を受け取り、前記CO2吸収器へCO2が過濃なガス流(174)を供給するH2S再吸収器(252)と、

前記二酸化炭素(CO 2 )吸収器(152)が、溶媒(160)と前記CO 2 が過濃なガス流(174)から処理シンガス(115)と、CO 2 流と、前記CO 2 が過濃な溶媒流(172)を作り出す、ガス精製システム。 - 前記H2S吸収セクション(150)がH 2 Sが希薄でCO 2 が過濃である第1のシンガス混合物を前記CO2吸収器に流すように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記CO2吸収器からCO2が過濃な溶媒流(172)を受け取り、第1のCO2流(226)と第2の溶媒混合物(230)を作る第1のフラッシュベッセル(220)を備える、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のフラッシュベッセルは、前記第2の溶媒混合物が前記H2S再吸収器に供給される前に、前記第2の溶媒混合物の第1の圧力を第2の圧力に低減するように構成される、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記H2S濃縮器の下流、及び前記H2S再吸収器の下流に配置される溶媒ストリッパ(254)を備え、前記溶媒ストリッパは、前記H2S再吸収器からの第3の溶媒混合物、及び前記H2S濃縮器から吐出する溶媒を受け入れるように構成される、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のCO2流(226)を圧縮するCO2圧縮機備える、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のフラッシュベッセルから前記第2の溶媒混合物(230)を受け取り、約4から21バールの範囲のフラッシュ処理圧力で作動するように構成される中間圧力フラッシュベッセルを備える、請求項3または6に記載のシステム。
- 前記中間圧力フラッシュベッセル及び前記H2S再吸収器は、実質的に同じ圧力で作動する、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記CO2吸収器から前記H2S吸収セクション(150)に供給されるH 2 Sが希薄でCO2が過濃な溶媒流(158)を駆動するポンプ(198)を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記CO2吸収器から前記H2S吸収セクション(150)に供給されるH 2 Sが希薄でCO2が過濃な溶媒流(158)を冷却する熱交換器(196)を備える、請求項1または9に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載のガス精製システムと、
前記ガス精製システムに前記未処理シンガス混合物を供給するガス化装置と、
前記ガス化装置に供給原料を送る供給原料準備ユニットと、
前記ガス精製システムからH2S過濃ガスを受け取り、硫黄を生成する硫黄処理装置と、
前記未処理シンガス混合物から塩を分離する水処理ユニットと、
前記ガス化装置が生成した精製されたシンガスにより駆動されるガスタービンエンジンと、
前記ガスタービンエンジンからの排気ガスに基づいて発電を行う熱回収蒸気発生システムと、
を含む統合型ガス化複合サイクルシステム。
