ヒビテン液に20分浸漬したあと、PBS(Ca及びMg不含、Life Technologies、1%抗菌剤含む)で3回洗浄した。
Example 1 Evaluation of hair growth promoting effect using pig isolated hair follicle (1) The buttocks skin obtained from pigs slaughtered for meat at a meat processing plant was cut into appropriate sizes, and excess adipose tissue Was excluded. After being immersed in the Hibiten solution for 20 minutes, it was washed 3 times with PBS (Ca and Mg free, Life Technologies, 1% antibacterial agent included). After washing, sterile gauze (white cross sterase) was spread on a 10 cm diameter petri dish, an appropriate amount of PBS was added to prevent the skin from drying, and pork skin was placed on the gauze. Next, using tweezers and a scalpel (FEATHER No 10) under the actual microscope, they were isolated one by one, taking care not to damage the hair follicles, and recovered in the medium. William's Medium E (SIGMA) was used as the medium. As additives, 2 mM L-glutamine (Life Technologies) and 1% (V / V) antibiotics (Life Technologies) 10 μg / ml hydrocortisone (SIGMA) and 0.01 μg / ml insulin (SIGMA) were added.
The isolated hair follicles were placed one by one in a 24-well plate containing the above medium and cultured under conditions of 37 ° C. and 5% CO 2 . Photographs were taken at the start of culture and after 2 days of culture, and image analysis was performed.

(2) From the image analysis results, the hair follicles elongated by 0.2 mm or more in 2 days were transferred to the medium to which the test substance was added. As the test substance, each plant extract prepared in Production Examples 1 to 3 (final concentration 0.01% (w / v)) was used, and the same amount of 50% ethanol solution was used as a control (control).
After culturing with the test substance-added medium, photography and medium exchange were performed over time. Image analysis was performed from the photographs, the amount of hair follicle elongation was measured, and the ratio of the amount of elongation of each plant extract added group to the amount of elongation of the control group was determined as the hair elongation acceleration rate by each plant extract. . Furthermore, the difference in elongation between the control group and each plant extract addition group was statistically analyzed (non-paired t-test vs control).

(3) Results The results are shown in Tables 1-3. In each of the control group and each plant extract addition group, hair follicle elongation (hair growth) was observed with the lapse of culture time, but in each plant extract addition group, the hair follicle was compared with the control group. The elongation of was promoted.
