Claims (2)
- 半導体スイッチング素子のスイッチング動作で電力変換を行う電力変換回路と、
前記電力変換回路のスイッチング動作を制御する信号処理回路と、
前記信号処理回路の出力信号に基づき、前記電力変換回路の制御端子に駆動信号を印加するゲート駆動回路と、
前記ゲート駆動回路の駆動電圧と駆動電流に基づきモニタ信号を生成するゲート信号モニタ回路と、
前記ゲート信号モニタ回路の出力信号を整形するフィルタ回路と、
前記電力変換回路のスイッチング電圧を検出する電圧検出回路と、
前記電圧検出回路からのスイッチング電圧から前記半導体スイッチング素子のターンオフ時間を抽出して、前記ターンオフ時間を示す温度検出信号を出力する温度検出回路と、
前記信号処理回路からゲート駆動回路へ制御信号を伝送し、前記フィルタ回路から前記信号処理回路へゲートモニタ信号を伝送する光通信モジュールを有する電力変換装置において、
前記フィルタ回路と光通信モジュールの間に前記ゲートモニタ信号と、温度検出信号を合成する合成回路を備え、
前記合成回路からの信号を受信し、光信号に変換して送信する光モジュールと、
前記光信号を受信する光モジュールと、
前記光信号を受信する光モジュールと前記信号処理回路の間にゲートモニタ信号と温度検出信号を分離する分離回路を備え、
前記信号処理回路で前記温度検出信号に基づいて前記半導体スイッチング素子の温度を算出する手段を備えたことを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項1の電力変換装置において、
前記合成回路と前記分離回路は前記ゲートモニタ信号と前記温度検出信号とをSPDT(Single Pole Dual Throw)スイッチなどの時分割経路切り替え回路で合成したことを特徴とする電力変換装置。
