Description
FAデバイス10は、制御対象物(または検出対象物)11と、制御装置12と、を有する。制御装置12は、制御部13と、通信路に接続される通信部15と、を有する。制御部13は、コンピュータにおいてソフトウェアまたはファームウェアにより実現され、通信部15は通信用デバイスおよび通信用ソフトウェアにより実現される。制御部13は、制御対象物11の制御を行うと共に、通信部15および通信路を介して上位のコンピュータや他のFAデバイスの制御装置と通信を行う。
図3の製造データ処理システムは、複数のFAデバイス10A〜10−Nと、データベース21および学習器22を含む学習用サーバ20と、複数のFAデバイス10A〜10−Nと学習用サーバ20の間の通信ネットワーク30と、を有する。通信ネットワーク30は、例えばトークンリングのようなリング型ネットワークである。
第1実施形態の製造データ処理システムは、FAデバイス群40と、第1の通信路71と、複数のネットワーク管理装置73A−73Cと、第2の通信路72と、サーバ群100と、を有する。
図6の例では、FAデバイス44Aは、第1の通信路71A、ネットワーク管理装置74Aおよび第2の通信路72Aを介して、データベース55Aおよび学習器56Aを有する学習用サーバ54Aに接続される。また、FAデバイス44Dは、第1の通信路71D、ネットワーク管理装置74Cおよび第2の通信路72Dを介して、データベース55Cおよび学習器56Cを有する学習用サーバ54Cに接続される。
図7の(A)は、FAデバイス46において生成される学習データが大きく、それを処理するためにFAデバイス46を処理能力の大きな学習用サーバ57Aに接続する。しかし、1本の第1の通信路および1本の第2の通信路では通信速度が不足するため、FAデバイス46は、2本の第1の通信路71Eおよび71Fと、2個のネットワーク管理装置76Aおよび76Bと、2本の第2の通信路72Eおよび72Fと、を介して学習用サーバ57Aに接続される。
第2実施形態の製造データ処理システムは、サーバ群200が、学習用サーバ63A−63Cと接続される管理用サーバ66を有することが第1実施形態と異なり、他は第1実施形態と同じである。
第3実施形態の製造データ処理システムは、サーバ群300が、第2の通信路72を介してネットワーク管理装置73A−73Cに接続される管理用サーバ67を有し、学習用サーバ68A−68Cは、管理用サーバ66を介して第2の通信路72等に接続されることが第1実施形態と異なり、他は第1実施形態と同じである。

Claims (2)
- 複数の製造装置と、前記複数の製造装置に関係する製造データを処理する複数のデータ処理装置と、前記複数の製造装置と前記複数のデータ処理装置の間で前記製造データを通信する複数の通信路と、管理装置と、を有する製造データ処理システムであって、
前記複数のデータ処理装置の少なくとも一部は学習器及びデータベースを有し、
前記管理装置は、前記複数の製造装置のそれぞれに関係する製造データを処理する前記複数のデータ処理装置と、関係する前記製造データを前記複数の製造装置のそれぞれと前記複数のデータ処理装置の間で通信する前記複数の通信路との組み合わせを、前記複数の製造装置の学習データの生成速度、前記複数の通信路の通信速度、前記データベースの空き容量、および前記学習器のデータ処理能力に基づいて決定する、ことを特徴とする製造データ処理システム。 - 前記複数の通信路の接続を切り替えるネットワーク管理装置をさらに有する請求項1に記載の製造データ処理システム。
