Description
本発明の第2実施形態に係るタッチセンサー内蔵型表示装置は、タッチ/共通電極の形状が異なる点を除いては、本発明の第1実施形態に係るタッチセンサー内蔵型表示装置と実質的に同一である。したがって、説明を簡略にするために本発明の第1実施形態と異なる点に対してのみ説明する。
Claims (9)
- 互いに交差するように配置される複数のゲートライン及び複数のデータラインと、
前記複数のデータライン及び前記複数のゲートラインの交差により定義される領域に各々配置され、データ電圧が供給される複数の画素電極と、
前記複数の画素電極と電界を形成するように配置され、各々が前記複数の画素電極の一部と対応するように配置される複数のタッチ/共通電極と、
前記複数のタッチ/共通電極に各々連結された複数のタッチ/共通ラインと、を含み、
前記複数のタッチ/共通電極の各々は前記データラインの配列方向に沿って互いに隣り合うタッチ/共通電極に共有される少なくとも1つのゲートラインと重畳し、
前記複数のゲートラインにはゲートパルスが順次供給され、前記データラインの配列方向に沿って互いに隣り合うタッチ/共通電極に共有されるゲートラインの数は、前記ゲートパルスのうち、いずれか1つのゲートパルスと一部分が重畳するゲートパルスの数の2倍である、タッチセンサー内蔵型表示装置。 - 前記複数のタッチ/共通電極の各々は、前記データラインの配列方向に沿って少なくとも1つの突出部を備え、前記データラインの配列方向に沿って互いに隣り合うタッチ/共通電極の突出部は、前記ゲートラインの方向に沿って交互に配置される、請求項1に記載のタッチセンサー内蔵型表示装置。
- 互いに交差するように配置される複数のゲートライン及び複数のデータラインと、
前記複数のデータライン及び前記複数のゲートラインの交差により定義される領域に各々配置され、データ電圧が供給される複数の画素電極と、
前記複数の画素電極と電界を形成するように配置され、各々が前記複数の画素電極の一部と対応するように配置される複数のタッチ/共通電極と、
前記複数のタッチ/共通電極に各々連結された複数のタッチ/共通ラインと、を含み、
前記複数のタッチ/共通電極の各々は前記データラインの配列方向に沿って互いに隣り合うタッチ/共通電極に共有される少なくとも1つのゲートラインと重畳し、
前記複数のタッチ/共通電極の各々は、前記データラインの配列方向に沿って隣接したタッチ/共通電極に向いた辺に各々交互に配置される少なくとも1つの突出部及び少なくとも1つの凹部を備え、
前記タッチ/共通電極の突出部は、前記データラインの配列方向に沿って隣接した凹部内に各々配置される、タッチセンサー内蔵型表示装置。 - 第1行及び最後の行に配置されたタッチ/共通電極の突出部及び凹部は、前記データラインの配列方向に沿って隣接したタッチ/共通電極に向いた1辺のみに配置され、
前記第1行と最後の行との間に配置されるタッチ/共通電極の突出部と凹部は、前記データラインの配列方向に沿って隣接したタッチ/共通電極に向いた両辺に配置される、請求項3に記載のタッチセンサー内蔵型表示装置。 - 前記両辺に配置されるタッチ/共通電極の突出部及び凹部は、第1辺に交互に配置される第1突出部及び第1凹部と、第2辺に交互に配置される第2突出部及び第2凹部を各々含み、
前記第1突出部は、前記第2突出部と行き違うように配置され、前記第1凹部は、前記第2凹部と行き違うように配置される、請求項4に記載のタッチセンサー内蔵型表示装置。 - 前記第1行に配置されるタッチ/共通電極と前記最後の行に配置されるタッチ/共通電極のサイズは同一であり、
前記第1行と前記最後の行との間に配置されるタッチ/共通電極のサイズは、前記第1行及び前記最後の行に配置されるタッチ/共通電極のサイズより前記第2辺に形成される突出部のサイズだけより大きい、請求項5に記載のタッチセンサー内蔵型表示装置。 - 前記第1行に配置されたタッチ/共通電極に共有されるゲートラインの数は、前記最後の行に配置されたタッチ/共通電極に共有されるゲートラインの数と同一であり、
前記第1行と前記最後の行との間に配置されるタッチ/共通電極に共有されるゲートラインの数は、前記第1行に配置されたタッチ/共通電極に共有されるゲートラインの数、または前記最後の行に配置されたタッチ/共通電極に共有されるゲートラインの数より多い、請求項5に記載のタッチセンサー内蔵型表示装置。 - 前記複数のゲートラインにはゲートパルスが順次供給され、前記データラインの配列方向に沿って互いに隣り合うタッチ/共通電極に共有されるゲートラインの数は、前記ゲートパルスのうち、いずれか1つのゲートパルスと一部分が重畳するゲートパルスの数の2倍である、請求項3から7のうち、いずれか1項に記載のタッチセンサー内蔵型表示装置。
- 前記ゲートパルスの重畳は、各ゲートパルスのライジングエッジ(rising edge)とフォーリングエッジ(falling edge)の重畳を含む、請求項1、2、8のうち、いずれか1項に記載のタッチセンサー内蔵型表示装置。
