Description
Claims (2)
- ディファレンシャルケーシング(4)を備えるマルチディスクロックであって、
該ディファレンシャルケーシング内には、ディファレンシャルピニオン(1)が軸方向傘歯車(12,13)間に配置され、マルチディスクセット(6,7)が前記軸方向傘歯車(12,13)と前記ディファレンシャルケーシング(4)との間に配置され、さらに前記ディファレンシャルケーシング(4)に対して回動不能であるが、軸方向に移動可能に案内されるプレッシャリング(2,3)が配置されており、
前記マルチディスクセット(6,7)の外側ディスク(8,9)が前記ディファレンシャルケーシング(4)に対して回動不能に結合されており、前記マルチディスクセットの内側ディスク(10,11)が前記軸方向傘歯車(12,13)と回動不能に結合されており、これによって、負荷の下で前記ディファレンシャルピニオン(1)の傾斜当接面(5)に発生する軸方向力により前記マルチディスクセット(6,7)を共に圧縮するために、導入駆動トルクが前記ディファレンシャルピニオン(1)を介して前記プレッシャリング(2,3)に伝達可能である、マルチディスクロックにおいて、
少なくとも1つのマルチディスクセット(6,7)と前記ディファレンシャルケーシング(4)との間に、軸方向に移動可能な圧力部材(17)が配置されており、これによって、アクチュエータ(14)によって引き起こされるストローク運動が前記マルチディスクセット(6,7)に伝達され、
前記アクチュエータ(14)は回転運動を形成し、該回転運動は中間ギヤ(15)およびカムディスク(16)を介してストローク運動を形成し、
前記マルチディスクロックは、前記ストローク運動を前記マルチディスクセット(6,7)に伝達するために、前記マルチディスクロックは圧力部材(17)を有し、前記マルチディスクロックは、制御信号(23)を介して前記アクチュエータ(14)を制御する制御機器(20)、および、前記軸方向傘歯車(12,13)のベベルギヤから発生する軸方向力を前記プレッシャリング(2,3)に伝達するベアリングを有し、
前記制御機器(20)はソフトウエア(21)を有し、前記アクチュエータ(14)が前記マルチディスクロックのマルチディスクセット(6,7)に作用するように、前記ソフトウエア(21)は車両CANバス(22)から到来する信号を制御ロジックにしたがって制御信号(23)に変換し、
前記アクチュエータ(14)は制御機器(20)によって制御され、前記ソフトウエア(21)は車両CANバス(22)から到来する信号を制御ロジックにしたがって、前記アクチュエータ(14)に対する制御信号(23)に変換する、ことを特徴とするマルチディスクロック。 - 前記ベアリングはニードルベアリング(18,19)である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマルチディスクロック。
