Claims (1)
- 被験者の血管を圧迫するために装着されるカフと、前記カフ内に空気を注入又は排出することによって前記カフ内を加圧又は減圧する圧力制御機能と、前記カフ内の圧力を測定するカフ内圧測定機能と、前記カフ内の加圧時又は減圧時に前記血管から発生する振動Aを検出する振動A検出機能と、前記振動Aからノイズを除去し振動Bを抽出する振動B抽出機能と、前記振動Bの振動強度を得る振動強度導出機能と、前記被験者の心電信号を検出する心電信号検出機能と、前記心電信号を用いた心電図トリガ法によって前記振動A又は前記振動Bを抽出する心電同期機能と、を設けた血圧測定装置において、前記振動A又は前記振動Bを抽出する際に必要とするパラメータに自動学習機能を設け前記必要とするパラメータが心電計固有のECGラグであり、前記自動学習機能にECGラグ測定手段を設けたことを特徴とする血圧測定装置。
