Description
(1)直鎖脂肪族アルデヒドを、バナジウムイオン、マンガンイオン、鉄イオン、コバルトイオン、イリジウムイオン、銅イオン及びタリウムイオンから選ばれる少なくとも1種である重金属イオンの存在下で反応させることを含む、直鎖炭化水素を製造する方法。
(2)直鎖脂肪族アルデヒドが、炭素数8〜18の直鎖脂肪族アルデヒドである、(1)の方法。
(3)反応を水を含む溶媒中で行う、(1)又は(2)の方法。
重金属化合物として、酸化硫酸バナジウム(VOSO4)、塩化コバルト(CoCl2・6H2O)、硫酸第一鉄(FeSO4・7H2O)、硫酸銅(CuSO4・5H2O)及び塩化第二鉄(FeCl3)を用いた。また、比較例として、塩化クロム(CrCl3・6H2O)、塩化ルビジウム(RbCl)、酸化ジルコニウム(ZrO2)及び硫酸モリブデン(MoSO4・2H2O)を重金属化合物として用いた。対照として、重金属化合物を添加せずに反応を行った。

直鎖脂肪族アルデヒドとしてテトラデカナールを用いて、種々の重金属イオンについて反応を行った。
種々の直鎖脂肪族アルデヒド及び種々の重金属イオンを用いて反応を行った。直鎖脂肪族アルデヒドとして、炭素数8〜18の種々の直鎖飽和脂肪族アルデヒドを用いた。金属化合物として、塩化バナジウム(VCl2)、塩化コバルト(CoCl2・6H2O)、酸化硫酸バナジウム(VOSO4)、硫酸第一鉄(FeSO4・7H2O)、過マンガン酸カリウム(KMnO4)、硫酸銅(CuSO4・5H2O)、塩化第二鉄(FeCl3・6H2O)、六塩化イリジウム酸二アンモニウム((NH4)2IrCl6)及び塩化タリウム(TlCl3)を用いた。各種直鎖飽和脂肪族アルデヒド(1mM、完全に溶けていないものもある)に、各種金属化合物水溶液を、終濃度50ppm又は1000ppmとなるように添加し、30℃で3時間反応させた後、酢酸エチルで抽出し、GC/MS分析を行った。結果を図2及び図3に示す。図2は、重金属化合物の終濃度50ppmの場合の、各種直鎖飽和脂肪族アルデヒドについての直鎖飽和炭化水素の生成量を示す。図3は、重金属化合物の終濃度1000ppmの場合の、各種直鎖飽和脂肪族アルデヒドについての直鎖飽和炭化水素の生成量を示す。
重金属化合物として塩化バナジウム(VCl2)を用い、直鎖脂肪族アルデヒドとしてテトラデカナールを用い、溶媒として水又は水と酢酸エチルとの混合液を用いて反応を行った。
1.5mLエッペンドルフチューブに、リン酸ナトリウム緩衝液(50mM、pH7.0)20μL、DMFに溶解させたテトラデカナール(100mM、東京化成工業社製)20μL及びイオン交換水140μLを入れた。得られた溶液に、500ppmの塩化バナジウム(VCl2)水溶液20μLを添加し、vortexミキサーで混和した。混和した溶液をヒートブロックで、30℃で10分間インキュベーションした後、インキュベーターに移し、30℃で2時間50分加温した。その後、反応溶液に酢酸エチル200μLを添加し、振とう器で5分間よく混合し、遠心分離(4℃、12000rpm、1分)した。酢酸エチル層150μLを、予め内部標準液(0.4% 2−オクタノール/2−プロパノール)50μLを入れたインサート付バイアル瓶に移し、vortexミキサーで混和し、アジレント社製GC/MSシステム(6890/5973)を用いて、GC/MS分析を行った。
1.5mLエッペンドルフチューブに、リン酸ナトリウム緩衝液(50mM、pH7.0)20μL、DMFに溶解させたテトラデカナール(100mM、東京化成工業社製)20μL及びイオン交換水140μLを入れた。得られた溶液に、酢酸エチル200μL及び500ppmの塩化バナジウム(VCl2)水溶液20μLを添加し、vortexミキサーで混和した。混和した溶液を、ヒートブロックで、30℃で10分間インキュベーションした後、インキュベーターに移し、30℃で2時間50分加温した。反応溶液を振とう器で5分間よく混合し、遠心分離(4℃、12000rpm、1分)した。酢酸エチル層150μLを、予め内部標準液(0.4% 2−オクタノール/2−プロパノール)50μLを入れたインサート付バイアル瓶に移し、vortexミキサーで混和し、アジレント社製GC/MSシステム(6890/5973)を用いて、GC/MS分析を行った。
Claims (2)
- 直鎖脂肪族アルデヒドから炭素数が1つ少ない直鎖炭化水素を製造する方法であって、直鎖脂肪族アルデヒドを、VCl2 、VOSO 4 、KMnO 4 、FeSO4 、FeCl 3 、CoCl 2 、CuSO 4 及びTlCl 3 から選ばれる少なくとも1種である金属化合物の存在下で反応させることを含み、反応を水を含む溶媒中で行う、前記方法(但し、金属化合物と共にアルデヒドデカルボニラーゼを用いる方法を除く。)。
- 直鎖脂肪族アルデヒドが、炭素数8〜18の直鎖脂肪族アルデヒドである、請求項1に記載の方法。
