Description
本出願は、2013年4月19日に出願された、「Method For Forming Single Crystal Parts Using Additive Manufacturing And Remelt」という名称の米国仮出願第61/813,871号に対する優先権を主張し、その開示が参照により全体として本明細書に組み込まれる。

Claims (19)
- 部品を再生するための方法であって、前記方法は、
ニアネットシェイプで、容量で、0パーセントより多いが、15パーセント未満のボイドを有するように部品を積層造形すること、
前記部品をシェルモールドで包み込むこと、
前記シェルモールドを硬化処理すること、
前記包み込まれた部品を炉に入れて、前記部品を溶融すること、
溶融物を前記シェルモールド内で再度凝固させること、
前記シェルモールドを前記凝固した部品から取り除くこと、
を含む、部品を再生するための方法。 - 前記部品が、容量で、0パーセントより多いが、1パーセント未満のボイドを有するように積層造形される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記部品が、前記ニアネットシェイプで、所望の完成した構成と比較して、容量で、最大15パーセントの余分の材料を有するように積層造形される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記部品が、ブレードまたはベーンであり、かつ容量で、前記最大15パーセントの余分の材料が、前記部品の付け根部または翼の先端に配置される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記部品をシェルモールドで包み込むことが、前記部品の外表面全体が前記シェルモールドによって覆われるように、前記部品の全体を前記シェルモールドで包み込むことを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記部品を前記シェルモールドで包み込むことが、
(a)前記部品の前記全体をスラリーに浸して、前記部品の前記全体の上に前記シェルモールドの層を形成すること、
(b)前記シェルモールドの前記層を乾燥すること、
(c)前記部品の前記全体を包み込むために、許容可能なシェルモールドの厚さが形成されるまで、ステップ(a)および(b)を繰り返すこと、
の工程を含む、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記部品が、選択的レーザー焼結、選択的レーザー溶融、直接金属堆積、直接金属レーザー焼結、直接金属レーザー溶融、および電子ビーム溶融のうちの少なくとも1つを使用して、積層造形される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記部品が、ニッケル基超合金、コバルト基超合金、鉄基超合金、およびその混合物から成る群から選択された金属のものとなるように積層造形される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 内部通路をもつ部品を再生する方法であって、前記方法は、
ニアネットシェイプで、内部通路をもち、容量で、0パーセントより多いが、15パーセント未満のボイドを有するように前記部品を積層造形すること、
前記内部通路をスラリーで充填すること、
前記スラリーを硬化処理してコアを形成すること、
前記部品をシェルモールドで包み込むこと、
前記シェルモールドを硬化処理すること、
前記包み込まれた部品を炉に入れて、前記部品を溶融すること、
溶融物を前記シェルモールド内で再度凝固させること、
前記シェルモールドおよびコアを前記凝固した部品から取り除くこと、
を含む、内部通路をもつ部品を再生する方法。 - 前記コアが、前記部品の前記内部通路の形状に一致し、かつ前記シェルモールドが、前記部品の形状に一致する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記部品が、容量で、0パーセントより多いが、1パーセント未満のボイドを有するように積層造形される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記部品が、前記ニアネットシェイプで、所望の完成した構成と比較して、容量で、最大15パーセントの余分の材料を有するように積層造形される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記部品が、ブレードまたはベーンであり、かつ容量で、前記最大15パーセントの余分の材料が、前記部品の付け根部または翼の先端に配置される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記部品が、選択的レーザー焼結、選択的レーザー溶融、直接金属堆積、直接金属レーザー焼結、直接金属レーザー溶融、および電子ビーム溶融のうちの少なくとも1つを使用して、積層造形される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記部品が、ニッケル基超合金、コバルト基超合金、鉄基超合金、およびその混合物から成る群から選択された金属のものとなるように積層造形される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記スラリーが、シリカ、アルミナ、ジルコン、コバルト、ムライト、およびカオリンから成る群から選択される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記シェルモールドが、シリカ、アルミナ、ジルコン、コバルト、ムライト、カオリンおよびそれらの混合物から成る群から選択される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記部品をシェルモールドで包み込むことが、前記部品の外表面全体が前記シェルモールドによって覆われるように、前記部品の全体を前記シェルモールドで包み込むことを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記部品をシェルモールドで包み込むことが、
(a)前記部品の前記全体をスラリーに浸して、前記部品の前記全体の上に前記シェルモールドの層を形成すること、
(b)前記シェルモールドの前記層を乾燥すること、
(c)前記部品の前記全体を包み込むために、許容可能なシェルモールドの厚さが形成されるまで、ステップ(a)および(b)を繰り返すこと、
