Claims (4)
- 未燃焼排ガスを再燃焼させるため未燃焼排ガスを通過させる渦流火導孔を貫通した耐火物で構成される渦流火導孔装置を主燃焼室の上部の再燃焼室に備えた火葬炉であって、
前記渦流火導孔装置は、渦流火導孔および外形の形状がそれぞれ異なる少なくとも2種以上の耐火物で構成され、
同種の耐火物を縦方向に積み重ね、かつ、異種の耐火物を横方向に隣接させて配列することにより構築され、
少なくともいずれか1種の耐火物に凸部と凹部とが設けられて嵌合可能になっている
ことを特徴とする火葬炉。 - 前記渦流火導孔装置は、
円形の渦流火導孔が貫通された、断面正方形の直方体形状の第1耐火物と、
横長四角形の渦流火導孔が貫通された、断面横長四角形の直方体形状の第2耐火物とで構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の火葬炉。 - 前記第2耐火物の平面中央部の長さ方向に凸部が設けられており、底面中央部の長さ方向に凹部が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の火葬炉。 - 前記第1耐火物における円形の渦流火導孔は、排ガス導入口から排出口に向かって徐々に小径になる円形のテーパー孔である
ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の火葬炉。
