Claims (9)
- ガスエンジンを駆動するための方法、すなわち、少なくとも一つのガス噴射弁を用いて当該ガスエンジンの少なくとも一つのシリンダーにガス状燃料を導入するための方法であって、個々の当該ガス噴射弁を開くために当該ガス噴射弁の弁体は、当該ガス噴射弁の復元要素として役立つバネ要素の弾性力に抗して、当該ガス噴射弁の電磁石に電力を供給することにより、当該ガス噴射弁の弁座から持ち上げられ、個々の当該ガス噴射弁を閉止するために前記バネ要素は、前記弁体を前記弁座に押し付ける、方法において、
個々の前記ガス噴射弁を閉止する間に前記電磁石は電力を供給され、すなわち、前記ガス噴射弁を閉止する間に前記弁体の速度が低減されるように、前記電磁石は電力を供給され、
前記ガス噴射弁を閉止する間に、当該ガス噴射弁の前記電磁石には電流パルスによって電力が供給され、当該電流パルスのパルス高さとパルス持続時間は、前記ガス噴射弁の構成に依存していることを特徴とする方法。 - 個々の前記ガス噴射弁を閉止する間に前記電磁石は、前記弁体の加速度を逆転させることにより前記弁体の速度が低減されるように、電力を供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス噴射弁を開くために、当該ガス噴射弁の前記電磁石はまず、第一の時間間隔の間に、比較的大きな電流によって電力を供給され、続いて第二の時間間隔の間に、比較的小さな電流によって電力を供給され、前記第一の時間間隔の間の前記電力の供給は、前記弁体を前記弁座から迅速に持ち上げることに役立ち、前記第二の時間間隔の間の前記電力の供給は、前記弁座から持ち上げられた前記弁体を前記バネ要素の前記弾性力に抗して保持することに役立つことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス噴射弁を閉止するために、前記電磁石に電力を供給することがまず低減もしくは停止され、続いて前記ガス噴射弁を閉止する間に、前記電磁石に新たに電力が供給されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス噴射弁を閉止するために行われる前記電磁石への電力供給を停止すること、もしくは電力供給を低減させることと、それに続いて前記電磁石に新たに電力を供給することとの間の時間間隔も、前記ガス噴射弁の構成に依存していることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ガスエンジンの前記シリンダーにガス状燃料を導入するために、シリンダーごとにガス流は空気流と混合され、ガス/空気混合物は前記ガスエンジンの前記シリンダーに導入され、前記ガス流は個々の前記シリンダーと協働する前記ガス噴射弁の開閉によって、前記ガス/空気混合物を形成しながら前記空気流に導入されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ガスエンジンのエンジン制御装置であって、当該エンジン制御装置は前記ガスエンジンの単独または個々のガス噴射弁を、当該ガス噴射弁を開閉するために、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法に応じて制御することを特徴とする、エンジン制御装置。
- ガスエンジンのためのガス噴射弁であって、個々の当該ガス噴射弁を開くために当該ガス噴射弁の弁体は、当該ガス噴射弁の復元要素として役立つバネ要素の弾性力に抗して、当該ガス噴射弁の電磁石に電力を供給することにより、当該ガス噴射弁の弁座から持ち上げられ、個々の当該ガス噴射弁を閉止するために前記バネ要素は、前記弁体を前記弁座に押し付ける、ガス噴射弁において、
個々の前記ガス噴射弁を閉止する間に前記電磁石は、電流パルスによって電力を供給され、すなわち、前記ガス噴射弁を閉止する間に前記弁体の速度が低減されるように、前記電磁石は電力を供給され、
前記電流パルスのパルス高さとパルス持続時間は、前記ガス噴射弁の構成に依存していることを特徴とする、ガス噴射弁。 - 請求項8に記載のガス噴射弁であって、当該ガス噴射弁は開閉のために請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法に応じて制御されることを特徴とする、ガス噴射弁。
