Claims (7)
- N相回転機(Nは自然数)の劣化を診断する劣化診断システムであって、
前記回転機における少なくとも(N−1)相の引き出し線それぞれに取り付けられて、複数の劣化要因に起因する電流振幅を検出可能な第1の電流センサと、
前記回転機における全ての相の引き出し線に一括して取り付けられて、複数の劣化要因に起因する電流振幅を検出可能な第2の電流センサと、各相の前記引き出し線に設けられている接地線に一括して取り付けられた第3の電流センサとを備え、
前記第1の電流センサ及び前記第2の電流センサは、10Hzから10MHzまでを包含する周波数帯域で電流振幅を検出し、
前記第3の電流センサは、1MHz以上の周波数帯域で電流振幅を検出することを特徴とする劣化診断システム。 - 請求項1に記載の劣化診断システムであって、前記第1の電流センサ及び前記第2の電流センサは、0Hz〜100MHzまでを包含する周波数帯域で電流振幅を検出することを特徴とする劣化診断システム。
- 請求項1または2に記載の劣化診断システムであって、各相の前記引き出し線は、線の両端が前記回転機外に引き出された固定子巻線であり、
各相の前記固定子巻線に関して、引き出された両線を囲んで設けられる第4の電流センサを更に備えることを特徴とする劣化診断システム。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の劣化診断システムであって、更に少なくともいずれかの前記電流センサの検出信号を分析する分析器を備えることを特徴とする劣化診断システム。
- 請求項4に記載の劣化診断システムであって、前記分析器は、前記検出信号を周波数分離して周波数帯毎に異なる処理を行うことを特徴とする劣化診断システム。
- 請求項4または5に記載の劣化診断システムであって、前記分析器における処理を通じて得られた軸受劣化兆候及び絶縁劣化兆候に関する情報を、ユーザに伝達する情報伝達手段を更に備えたことを特徴とする劣化診断システム。
- 請求項6に記載の劣化診断システムであって、前記軸受劣化兆候及び絶縁劣化兆候に関わる情報を組み合わせて予兆診断を行うことを特徴とする劣化診断システム。
