Claims (10)
- レール車両用の高可用性の空気圧式のブレーキ設備(10)用の制御弁装置(47)であって、
圧縮空気入口であって、作動弁装置(44)の出口に接続されているか、又は接続可能であり、前記制御弁装置(47)に所定の入口圧(Cv1max)を供給可能な前記圧縮空気入口と、
圧縮空気出口であって、リレー弁装置(24)に接続されているか、又は接続可能であり、該リレー弁装置(24)に出口圧(Cv1)を供給可能な前記圧縮空気出口と、
安全入口であって、圧縮空気源(44,20)に接続されているか、又は接続可能となっている前記安全入口と、
を備え、
前記制御弁装置(47)は、第1の切換位置で前記安全入口を前記圧縮空気出口に通流可能に接続し、第2の切換位置で前記圧縮空気入口を前記圧縮空気出口に通流可能に接続し、
前記制御弁装置(47)は、前記圧縮空気入口に作用する圧力を調整するように形成された調整弁(48)を有しており、
前記制御弁装置(47)は、前記第2の切換位置で圧力制御装置(52)に基づいて前記調整弁(48)を作動制御することにより、前記出口圧を提供するために前記入口圧を、調整制御線路(18)を介して前記圧力制御装置(52)に伝送される調整信号に基づいて調整するように形成されており、
前記制御弁装置(47)は、前記レール車両の少なくとも1つのさらなるセンサ又は前記レール車両の少なくとも1つのさらなる制御装置から、前記レール車両の実際のブレーキ作用として、実際になされている減速及び実際になされた減速が判るデータを受信するように形成されている調整制御装置(42)を備え、該調整制御装置(42)は、前記レール車両の前記少なくとも1つのさらなるセンサ又は前記レール車両の前記少なくとも1つのさらなる制御装置から受信されるデータに基づいて前記調整信号を求めるように形成されており、
前記圧力制御装置(52)は、前記調整信号に応じて、前記調整弁(48)を介して空気抜きをすることにより前記入口圧を減少させることを特徴とする、レール車両用の高可用性の空気圧式のブレーキ設備用の制御弁装置。 - 前記安全入口は、バイパス線路(60)を介して通流可能に前記作動弁装置(44)の出口に接続されているか、又は接続可能である、請求項1記載の制御弁装置。
- 前記制御弁装置(47)は、前記出口圧(Cv1)を得るために、前記入口圧(Cv1max)を減少させることが可能な空気抜き出口を備える、請求項1又は2記載の制御弁装置。
- 前記制御弁装置(47)は、作動制御なしに前記第1の切換位置を占めるように形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の制御弁装置。
- 前記作動弁装置(44)は、非常ブレーキ弁、急速ブレーキ弁又は常用ブレーキのブレーキ制御弁を含む、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の制御弁装置。
- 前記制御弁装置(47)は、制御可能な圧力制限機能を備える、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の制御弁装置。
- 前記制御弁装置(47)は、該制御弁装置(47)を前記第1の切換位置と前記第2の切換位置との間で切り換えることが可能な監視モジュール(56)を備える、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の制御弁装置。
- 前記制御弁装置(47)は、前記調整弁(48)の下流に、前記圧力制御装置(52)に接続された圧力センサ装置(58)を有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の制御弁装置。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の制御弁装置(47)を備える、高可用性機能を有するレール車両用の空気圧式のブレーキ設備。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の制御弁装置(47)及び/又は請求項9記載の空気圧式のブレーキ設備(10)を備えるレール車両。
