Claims (6)
- 非常制動を実現するように構成されたレール車両用の電空式のレールブレーキシステムであって、ブレーキ力を加えるためのブレーキシリンダを有し、前記レールブレーキシステムが、非常調整器弁(15)に流入する空気流を制御する非常電磁弁(19)を備え、前記非常調整器弁が、非常バックアップチャンバを有し、前記非常調整器弁(15)が、公称では応荷重圧に等しくかつ空車質量バックアップ設定よりも低くない出力圧を提供するように適合させられており、前記非常電磁弁(19)が、第1の電子制御ユニットによって制御され、該第1の電子制御ユニットが、ブレーキシリンダ圧を調整することができ、前記非常電磁弁が、通電されたときに閉鎖され、
前記レールブレーキシステムへの電力供給の損失が生じた場合には、制御チャンバの圧力を逃がし、前記電力供給の損失により前記非常電磁弁への通電が停止されると、前記非常バックアップチャンバに圧力を加えることが可能になり、前記第1の電子制御ユニットによるブレーキシリンダ圧の調整は、非常停止中に加えられる前記ブレーキシリンダ圧が所定のレベルを下回らないように、非常作用中に継続され、非常ブレーキ停止中に電力損失が生じた場合には、前記ブレーキシリンダに公称非常ブレーキ圧が加えられる、
電空式のレールブレーキシステム。 - 前記レールブレーキシステムは、前記第1の電子制御ユニットによって前記ブレーキシリンダ圧が調整されている間に所定のレベルの非常ブレーキ力を提供するための第2の電子制御ユニットを備え、前記ブレーキシリンダ圧が前記公称非常ブレーキ圧の所定の量またはパーセンテージをいつ下回ったのかを検出するように適合させられた前記第2の電子制御ユニットによって、前記ブレーキシリンダ圧が独立して監視される、請求項1記載の電空式のレールブレーキシステム。
- 前記第2の電子制御ユニットは、加えられる前記公称非常ブレーキ圧が、予め定義された上限を超えないことを確保するように適合させられている、請求項2記載の電空式のレールブレーキシステム。
- 過少制動に対する防護が、非常ブレーキ作用中にのみ有効である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の電空式のレールブレーキシステム。
- 過剰制動に対する防護が、非常ブレーキモードと常用ブレーキモードとの両方において有効である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の電空式のレールブレーキシステム。
- 非常制動中に、前記第2の電子制御ユニットが、前記第1の電子制御ユニットによるブレーキシリンダ圧の調整を無効にし、公称非常圧レベルを前記ブレーキシリンダに加える、請求項2または3記載の電空式のレールブレーキシステム。
