Claims (8)
- ハイパー圧縮機(1)用のパッキンカップ(17)の製造方法であって、
異なる側にある第1の正面(25X)および第2の正面(25Y)と、中央軸穴(18)と、少なくとも1つの潤滑油ダクト(23)とを有する内側ディスク(25)であって、前記軸穴(18)および前記少なくとも1つの潤滑油ダクト(23)が、前記第1の正面(25X)から前記第2の正面(25Y)まで延在する内側ディスク(25)を用意する工程と、
前記少なくとも1つの潤滑油ダクト(23)に自緊処理を施す工程と、
自緊処理後に、前記内側ディスク(25)の前記第1の正面(25X)と前記第2の正面(25Y)の両面から厚み(D)を除去する工程と、
前記除去する工程後に、前記内側ディスク(25)および外側ディスク(27)を焼嵌めする工程と、
を含む、ハイパー圧縮機(1)用のパッキンカップ(17)の製造方法。 - 前記内側ディスク(25)の軸方向の全寸法のうちの1〜30%が、前記第1の面(25X)および前記第2の面(25Y)の各々から除去される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記内側ディスク(25)の前記軸方向の全寸法のうちの5〜30%が、前記第1の面(25X)および前記第2の面(25Y)の各々から除去される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法によって製造されるハイパー圧縮機(1)用のパッキンカップ(17)。
- 焼嵌めされた内側ディスク(25)と外側ディスク(27)とを備える、ハイパー圧縮機(1)用のパッキンカップ(17)であって、
前記内側ディスク(25)が、前記内側ディスク(25)の第1の正面(25X)から第2の正面(25Y)まで延在する、中央穴(18)と少なくとも1つの潤滑油ダクト(23)とを有し、
前記少なくとも1つの潤滑油ダクト(23)が、自緊処理によってプレストレスを加えられ、
前記少なくとも1つの潤滑油ダクト(23)を取り囲む材料の部分が、前記第1の正面(25X)または前記第2の正面(25Y)から始まり、前記潤滑油ダクト(23)の軸方向の延長の少なくとも1部分に沿った、前記潤滑油ダクト(23)の軸に平行な方向に沿って一定である残留相当応力を有する、
ハイパー圧縮機(1)用のパッキンカップ(17)。 - 前記残留相当圧力が、前記第1の正面(25X)および前記第2の正面(25Y)から始まる、前記少なくとも1つの潤滑油ダクト(23)の前記軸方向の延長の最初の10%に沿って、25%以下の変動である、請求項5に記載のハイパー圧縮機(1)用のパッキンカップ(17)。
- 焼嵌めされた内側ディスク(25)と外側ディスク(27)とを備える、ハイパー圧縮機(1)用のパッキンカップ(17)であって、
前記内側ディスク(25)が、前記内側ディスク(25)の第1の正面(25X)から第2の正面(25Y)まで延在する、中央穴(18)と少なくとも1つの潤滑油ダクト(23)とを有し、
前記少なくとも1つの潤滑油ダクト(23)が、自緊処理によってプレストレスを加えられ、
前記少なくとも1つの潤滑油ダクト(23)を取り囲む材料の部分が、前記潤滑油ダクト(23)の軸方向の延長の全長に沿って残留圧縮周方向応力を有し、
前記残留周方向応力が、前記第1の正面(25X)と前記第2の正面(25Y)との間の中心の位置において第1の値を有し、
前記潤滑油ダクト(23)の内側の表面に沿った前記残留周方向応力が、前記第1の値の20%以上である、
ハイパー圧縮機(1)用のパッキンカップ(17)。 - シリンダ(3)と、前記シリンダ(3)内を摺動自在に移動するプランジャ(5)と、請求項4乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の複数のパッキンカップ(17)とを備える、ハイパー圧縮機(1)。
