Claims (13)
- 液体中に存在する少なくとも1つの物質を分離するための装置であって、
‐所定量の前記少なくとも1つの物質が存在する前記液体(102,702)を内部に収容するように配置された容器(101,701)と、
‐前記液体(102,702)を、前記液体(102,702)の蒸発を生じさせるための温度で加熱するように配置された加熱手段(103)と、を備え、
前記容器(101,701)の上部がドーム状であり、且つ、前記液体(102,702)の加熱により発生された蒸気を排出可能な開口部(105)を有し、
前記容器(101,701)の外周壁が、前記液体(102,702)の凹状のメニスカスを確立するように容器内部に配置されている装置であって、
前記容器(101,701)の前記外周壁が、前記メニスカスにおいて、前記メニスカスよりも上の位置に、前記容器の内部に向けて突出された内部フランジ(711)を有し、前記内部フランジ(711)は、前記メニスカスから上方に発生する蒸気が前記内部フランジにより保持されるように配置され、
前記メニスカスから発生する蒸気は、液体の平面から発生する蒸気、および、上昇する蒸気泡から発生する蒸気から分離した状態に維持可能であることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記フランジ(711)より上に、前記フランジ(711)を冷却するための冷却手段(712)が配置されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記フランジ(711)が、前記容器(101,701)の内部に向かって、少なくとも5mm突出している、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記フランジ(711)より下に、前記液体(102,702)の加熱により発生される蒸気の排出を可能にするための少なくとも1つの開口部(713)が配置されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記フランジ(711)が、前記容器(101,701)の内部に向かって、少なくとも10mm突出している、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記フランジ(711)が、前記容器(101,701)の内部に向かって、少なくとも15mm突出している、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記温度が、前記液体の沸騰温度よりも60℃低い温度よりも高い温度に対応している、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記温度が、前記液体の沸騰温度よりも40℃低い温度よりも高い温度に対応している、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記温度が、前記液体の沸騰温度よりも20℃低い温度よりも高い温度に対応している、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記容器(101,701)の外周壁が、少なくとも2mm上昇している前記液体(102,702)の凹状のメニスカスを確立するように容器内部に配置されている、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記容器(101,701)の外周壁が、少なくとも4mm上昇している前記液体(102,702)の凹状のメニスカスを確立するように容器内部に配置されている、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記容器(101,701)の外周壁が、少なくとも6mm上昇している前記液体(102,702)の凹状のメニスカスを確立するように容器内部に配置されている、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記内部フランジ(711)は、下方に曲げられている、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
