Description
Claims (10)
- 様々な種類の汚染物質を含むガス状流体が通過できるダクト(2)を備える、空気および一般にガス状の流体のためのフィルタリング組立体であって、
有毒ガスおよび好ましくは50μmより大きい寸法を有する固体粒子のタイプの汚染物質を除去するための、少なくとも1つのフィルタリング・ステーションと、
少なくとも1つの導電性フィラメント(6)に近接しそれに面する少なくとも1つの穴(5)を有する少なくとも1つの導電性グリル(4)において、前記少なくとも1つのグリル(4)と前記少なくとも1つのフィラメント(6)が電子を放出するために負の電位に保持され、前記電子が、好ましくは10nm〜50μmの間の寸法を有する固体粒子や微生物などの汚染物質と対をなすことができ、前記電子と対をなす前記汚染物質を安定して収集するために正の電位に保持される少なくとも1つの蓄積プレート(7)が下流に存在する、少なくとも1つの導電性グリル(4)と、
通過していく前記ガス状流体の電荷を回復するための、イオン(A)の少なくとも1つの放出源とを備えることを特徴とする、フィルタリング組立体。 - 前記フィルタリング・ステーションが、
好ましくは150μm〜250μmの間の寸法を有する少なくとも1つの開口を備える少なくとも1つの多孔プレート(8)において、前記ガス状流体を自由に通過させ、前記少なくとも1つの開口の寸法よりも大きい寸法を有する固体粒子タイプの前記汚染物質を選択的にブロックするための少なくとも1つの多孔プレート(8)と、
有毒ガスタイプの前記汚染物質を吸着するための、少なくとも1つの活性炭フィルタ(9)と、
好ましくは50μm〜200μmの間の寸法を有する固体粒子タイプの前記汚染物質を選択的にブロックするための、電気分極式繊維を含んだ少なくとも1つのフィルタ(10)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタリング組立体。 - 前記導電性グリル(4)が複数の穴(5)を有し、前記穴(5)の各々が複数の導電性フィラメント(6、6’)それぞれに近接しそれに面し、前記導電性フィラメント(6)のいくつかが前記穴(5)の各々の下流に配置され、それ以外の前記導電性フィラメント(6、6’)が前記穴(5)の各々の上流に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のフィルタリング組立体。
- 前記ダクト(2)の内部に電場を発生させて前記電子と対をなす前記汚染物質を前記蓄積プレート(7)の方に逸らすために、負の電位に保持され前記少なくとも1つの蓄積プレート(7)に面する少なくとも1つの偏向プレート(11)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタリング組立体。
- 微生物などの汚染物質を不活性化するために、前記少なくとも1つの蓄積プレート(7)に面する少なくとも1つの殺菌ランプ(12)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタリング組立体。
- 前記汚染物質を含む前記ガス状流体を複数の入口(15)を介して外部から吸引するための、かつ、前記ガス状流体を送出出口(16)の方に強制輸送するための、かつ、前記汚染物質を除去し所望の電荷を回復した後に前記ガス状流体を外部に放出するための、前記ダクト(2)の内部に配置されたガス状流体の輸送装置(14)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタリング組立体。
- 前記フィルタリング・ステーションが複数の前記多孔プレート(8)を備え、前記複数の多孔プレート(8)が、ガス状流体の輸送装置の前記入口(15)のそれぞれに面するように配置され、前記入口(15)に対して反対側に、前記活性炭フィルタ(9)のそれぞれが前記多孔プレート(8)の各々に固定され、有毒ガスタイプの汚染物質を最適に吸着するために、対応する触媒活性剤を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタリング組立体。
- 電気分極式繊維を有する各前記フィルタ(10)が、前記繊維からなる布でほぼ構成され、前記多孔プレート(8)に対して反対側の各前記活性炭フィルタ(9)に適用されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のフィルタリング組立体。
- 空気および一般にガス状の流体のためのフィルタリング方法であって、
a.少なくとも1つの導電性グリル(4)と少なくとも1つの導電性フィラメント(6)から放出された電子の流れによって、様々なタイプの汚染物質を含むガス状流体に影響を及ぼす工程であって、前記少なくとも1つの導電性グリル(4)が前記ダクト(2)に沿って配置され、少なくとも1つの穴(5)を有し、前記少なくとも1つの導電性フィラメント(6)が前記少なくとも1つの穴(5)に近接しそれに面し、前記グリル(4)と前記少なくとも1つのフィラメント(6)が、好ましくは10nm〜50μmの間の寸法を有する固体粒子および微生物のタイプの汚染物質と前記電子とで対を形成させるために負の電位に保持されている、
b.少なくとも1つの蓄積プレート(7)上に前記電子と対をなす前記汚染物質を安定して収集する工程であって、前記蓄積プレート(7)が正の電位に保持され、前記ダクト(2)に沿って前記少なくとも1つのグリル(4)の下流に配置されている、
c.少なくとも1つのイオン放出源(A)によって前記ガス状流体の前記電荷を回復する工程であって、前記イオン放出源(A)が、前記ダクト(2)に沿って前記グリル(4)と前記少なくとも1つの蓄積プレート(7)の下流に配置されている、
d.上述の前記工程a,bおよびcに対して予防の、後の、中間の工程で、前記ガス状流体が通過できるダクト(2)に沿って配置された少なくとも1つのフィルタリング・ステーションで、有毒ガスおよび好ましくは50μmより大きい寸法を有する固体粒子のタイプの汚染物質を、前記ガス状流体から除去する工程と、を有する方法。 - 前記フィルタリング・ステーションが、
好ましくは150μm〜250μmの間の寸法を有する少なくとも1つの開口を備える少なくとも1つの多孔プレート(8)において、前記ガス状流体を自由に通過させ、前記少なくとも1つの開口の寸法よりも大きい寸法を有する固体粒子タイプの前記汚染物質を選択的にブロックするための少なくとも1つの多孔プレート(8)と、
有毒ガスタイプの前記汚染物質を吸着するための、少なくとも1つの活性炭フィルタ(9)と、
好ましくは50μm〜200μmの間の寸法を有する固体粒子タイプの前記汚染物質を選択的にブロックするための、電気分極式繊維を含んだ少なくとも1つのフィルタ(10)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のフィルタリング方法。
